I was given 5k costing for normal RCT but while doing the procedure she said the tooth was weak and it broken so we will have to make a bridge and complete the process and the final amount came to 14k. * **** ********* **** ***** ******* * ***** **** **** ** ***** ***** **** ***** **** **** *** **** ***** ***** **** ********** I was promised that nothing will happen and this will remain for life and just capping might come out but that can be fixed. I had no option that time because I was in mid of the process and sitting on chair with open tooth what more can be expected from any customer so I decided to get the process completed. Now when I went back to doctor with the problem that the tooth has come out she said Oh it is broken and we will have to do the process again and this time we need to perform implantation because veins are weak and they won’t be able to hold the bridge. The cost of the complete treatment is 35k but with discount it will cost me 28k. On top of that when I got my X-ray done outside * ** **** *** ********* *** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** **** *** ********* Such a bad experience I had and sorry to mention if the treatment is completed by Dr. Monil then her husband should not check the patient but in my case he examined me when I requested for Dr Monil he said yes she will come in a while if you want to meet. His husband is telling me that I did not visited for the regular check up which is the reason tooth has come out when I was not advised any such thing to follow. I was told not to eat anything hard from that teeth, I was told not to eat eclairs or 5 star chocolates or anything chewy that pulls out the cap and all this I remember but one thing I don’t remember is that I need to visit doctor every 6 months or year. * *** ****** ** ******* **** * ** ***** *** ******** **** *** ****** ** *****. If a customer can pay 14k they can also plan regular check ups so stop blaming people and instead focus on how they should be treated. Please respect people’s time and their hard earned money. With so much faith we choose for the doctors and expect the best treatment but sorry if such instances will occur I don’t know how one can put trust.

I am very very happy & satisfied with Dr.Monil's treatment & support, that's why I'm giving a very detailed feedback about her. My mother had no teeth in my mouth since many years and was have difficulty in chewing. The dentures never suited her & for implant treatment she was very apprehensive & hesitant. I came to CHIKITSA DENTAL CLINIC and met Dr.Monil mam. For first consultation, I came with my wife, father & mother. The first impression was excellent & looking at the well equipped clinic, our complete family was feeling confident & were expecting good treatment. Dr.Monil very patiently listened & understood my mother's problem. By her confident way of counselling & explaining everything, I developed trust in her and with her experience she adviced me to go for implant supported denture. I was afraid initially but she helped me understand the importance of this treatment. And believing her was my correct decision. She first sent us for complete 3D scan, & after that made complete treatment plan for full mouth implant. When we agreed to the treatment plan, the procedure was initiated & took 4-5 months for the complete treatment. The teeth were fixed over the implants & my mother is very happy with this treatment. Dr.Monil mam and her team of experienced and skillfull doctors did a miracle for us. Journey of this treatment was supportive and very comfortable for us. Appointment scheduling was flawless & there was no unnecessary visits or wastage of time. In this pandemic they are following very strict rules of sanitisation and sterilization.

I had seen the reviews of Dr. Gaurav Gupta and made the decision book appointment online and went to meet doctor for consultation of my wisdom teeth which was half eaten by cavaties i can say. Also my gums had bleeding two or three days back so i explained my problem to doctor. He understood the problem very patiently and then explained me the treatment and procedure very well in detail. Also given me the overall idea of estimated charges that will be billed as per the treatment in advance. I took my time and decided for tooth extraction same time and doctor assured me that it will be done in half and hour. Though i felt a bit uncomfortable once treatment started but doctor was so nice that he made me calm and continously talking to me and asking that if i am feeling any pain.In overall process , i felt a bit pain initially but after that towards the process end only i felt a low pain again but that of no worries. one more thing to mention is that his assistant was also very polite and listen your concern very well. So good doctor with good staff. This is the first day of treatment , lets see how many days it will take to recover completely.

This clinic and doctors should be given a zero star however since Google allow zero rating to be one star so I am giving one star. I was getting treated for teeth straightening with them.1.The doctors are unprofessional. Numerous times they have made me wait over and hour despite prior appointments and are least apologetic about it. They were very polite till they garnered a major portion of the package money, after that they don't attend to patients properly.2. Doctors ' competence is highly questionable and treat patients in a very rough manner3. The services they claim to offer are put together through outsourced doctors like the ortho , who are seldom available ( only once a month). In case of any emergency or follow up queries they don't have the capability to respond4. Their reception staff lies on the face regarding appointment timings to save their jobs while the owner of the clinic is callous about any patients concern regarding this aspect5. They insist on cash payments and not giving receipts and later feigning AmnesiaOther reviews seem to be paid as I have heard many co patients moaning about same concerns...

It has been a great experience with Dr. Gaurav Gupta, I almost visited him more than 10 times in last one year. . My mother needed a complete denture, which should be fixed. Earlier she had a removable denture which was not comfortable & she was not able to eat properly. Dr.Gupta suggested for fixed teeth on implants, but subjected to her jaw condition & for that he first asked us for a full mouth 3D scan. After seeing the scan he gave positive opinion for successful treatment outcome. But first he discussed the treatment in detail with us, made us well aware of multiple visits, discomfort at sometime & all the financial aspect. He didn't force us or convinced much for the treatment much, just explained everything nicely. Every time he just emphasized on one thing if you want to get good results of the treatment, you'll have to keep little patience. The care she has received in chikitsa dental clinic was amazing. Though treatment was long, numerous visits but end results are amazing. Now my mother have fixed teeth , good smile & can eat anything. All credit to Dr.Gaurav's hard work & genuine guidance. I can't describe in words how the clinic helped me in getting rid of tooth pain due to wisdom tooth. During the pandemic time, they are following all precautions. The procedures were done professionally. The doctors are taking all safety measures such as , thermal checks, sanitisation & attending limited patients.

First the full mouth X-ray was taken, the doctor explained about one rotten front tooth and one obstructive Wisdom tooth. The front tooth was extracted the same day. The procedure was swift and painless.

The next day my wisdom tooth was extracted by a professional surgeon under the supervision of Dr.Monil Gupta.

Further follow ups were also taken as per my convenience.

I visited Chikitsa Dental for my wisdom tooth problem which was troubling me a lot. Doctors were very professional; ambience is excellent. Patient education part was nice & everything was well explained before the procedure. The surgeon was so quick in taking a decision. The dedicated mobiles for any queries post operatively is a highlight for this clinic. In fact doctor shared her personal number for any queries to be resolved or any emergency situation. Overall surgery was painless & proper care of comfort level was taken.

I visited Dr.Monil Gupta for my toothache issue. On first visit itself I was happy with the way she explained me everything & I was confident that it's the right place for good dental treatment. She suggested me for RCT in my decayed tooth & also explained me that there's a missing tooth in opposite side and it should also be replaced. Because now one side tooth would be treated so it's important to restore other side as well. I understood the whole thing & got the suggested treatment done. I visited Dr.Monil Gupta because of sudden severe toothache. After all examination she suggested for removal of wisdom tooth & root canal treatment for the adjacent tooth. I took a treatment for Surgical Tooth Extraction and RCT from her. Wisdom tooth removal surgery was done by some other surgeon under Dr.Monil's supervision.
