After 2 years of having recurring pain in my upper and lower back, I decided to try Manual Therapy which is a mix of manipulation, mobilization and massage. ******* * ***** ****** ******* **** ** ** ******** *** ** * ******** ****** ** **** ****** He did a careful assessment of my condition and patiently explained why's and how's of the problem, for example. tracing the mild bulges in my Lumbar spine to poor posture and driving time etc. Today I completed by 4th session and almost 60% of my pain is gone. I went to Dr Ali Nawaz for fever & breathing problem. After taking his prescribed medicines, I was fully recovered only after 2-3 days. He also didn't advice a group of unnecessary investigations. The best part is that he gave me proper time & explained my condition very nicely.
