I already have a history of neck pain and during lockdown, while doing yoga, my neck got hurt and pain was out of control. I couldn’t sleep at night for days.

No orthopaedic doctor advised me that this only can be cured by physiotherapy only. I took all type of pain killer and other remedies but no use.

It was my luck that I met Dr. Alpana, and she only advised me that this can be surely cured by physiotherapy only. I was not sure that how come this can be cured fully.

The best part is that she picked the problem in first meeting, and told me the procedure and total approx sittings. She asked only three things: - Faith towards the treatment, Patience and No leave during treatment.

I was amazed to see her dedication towards her patients and the kind of devotion she has towards her work.

She took all the precautions to avoid covid-19 infection as well which gave me satisfaction and I was out of fear during the treatment.

Every day, she takes feedback from each of the patient and if required, she change the procedure for better result for each of her patient.

Yesterday was my last day of treatment and I am fully cured now. My neck pain has gone fully and I really thankful for her from bottom of my heart.

Second story is of my mother, who was suffering from tail bone pain issue, which doctors refused to cure, she had cervical issue as well due to which dizziness was common and she had swelling hand as well.

To my surprise, today after her treatment, she is out of her problem and that surprised everyone at our family.

Even two of my family members visited also and they are out of their pain issues as well.

It was my luck that I got such a good doctor cum healer who not only treated me but my mother and other family members as well.

My experience is, fab with Dr alpana, I was recommended by my mother the moment I met Dr I cud feel positive vibes with her n the place too, half the treatment ws done their itself on meeting , the kind of experience I shared w her regarding my knee problem seemed extensive but the kind of care I got from her ws a journey shared with healing . I had been struggling with neck and shoulder pain that was affecting my daily routine. From the first session, Dr Alpana Jain took the time to thoroughly understand my problem, assess the root cause, and clearly explain the treatment plan.

I had very bad tail bone issue. Very difficult to sit.

I explained the issue to Dr Alpana. She heard the issue and gave confidence that it would be fixed. Provided i take precautions as instructed. Took 20-25 sessions, alpana guided me across process. Gradually with time i saw recovery. Slowly steadily, issue got fixed. Now i am fully recovered. Thanks to dr, now i can sit properly without any pain.

I first visited Alpana ma'am in July 2022. I was facing upper nd lower back issues for the past 1.5 years. I was taking very strong medication for the pain but nothing helped.When I took my first appointment with her, my back issues were not only making me feel weak physically but also mentally. Been visiting her regularly for the last 6 months. And i am a changed person today. Alpana ma'am not only helped with the pain, but also advised ways and exercise on how we can maintain this problem for the long run.

I was suffering from severe pain radiating in right arm. I was not able to

sleep for 3-4 months because of that. I had seen few doctors and has taken

I suffered from proximal Humures Fracture in the US but i am a resident of Canada.

As Canada & US has a long wait time to see a physician and they only give you 1 session per week but i wanted to start working again as soon as possible so i had to fly to India.

I was able to get sessions booked for all calender days and that really helped, i will be ready to work in no time.

Really happy with my rehab program thanks to Dr.Alpana.
