My first Session was booked via Practo, and conducted online. It was so good, I thought I had found the therapist for me and could finally work towards healing a life destroying mental issue that has plagued me for a decade and a half. Ma’am asked me to come to her clinic for the second session and I readily agreed.

When I tell you that my second experience was a complete 180, I’m not exaggerating.

Her clinic is not what it looks like in pictures. **** ** * ******** **** *** ******** ******** ** ** ***** unhygienic, filled to the corner w stuff and disorganised. AC didn’t work, papers were flying around* ** *** ********* **** *** ******** ** ************** ** *** ***** ******* ** **********

Ma’am had rescheduled my appointment by half an hour because she was running late, when I had left my office early to make it in time because her last slot is 6 PM. Her assistant/intern was there. Ma’am called me to tell me she’d be there in 15 minutes, and literally called me by another name. Okay normal mistake.

Then her intern did the same thing. She made me fill the same form and answer the same questions that ma’am had asked me two days back. Do they not keep patient records?

Her intern asked me the silliest questions that you ask a 10 year old child. Probably instructed by her superior to buy time. Then ma’am called me to tell me she was stuck in traffic while coming from her other clinic. No problem. They didn’t let me go despite that. ******* * ***** *** ****** *** ********* ****** ** *** * **** *** ********* ** ** ****** **** ** ****** ** ***** ** ******** ***** ****** ********

Then ma’am came, 75 minutes late. Asked me the same questions, cut me off when I tried to explain a problem and literally branded me with a label I’d rather not repeat-but that was very triggering. She asked me the same questions again, for the third time. It makes one feel really devalued especially, when you’re paying that much money.

The good reviews here are either not real or they’re from parents of really small kids or teenagers, who can probably benefit from that kind of therapy. *** ****** ** **** **** ******* ********* *** ****** ** * ***** * ***** ****** ****** ****** ***** ******

Divinity Heals is a great place to gather up your emotions and mental peace. Manisha and Anju both have been really helpful. They are also really professional. Manisha also provided me with inner healing and peace. I think it's worth for what you pay.

Dr.Manisha is a counselling psychologist and spiritual healer who helps overcome depression and anxiety. For me she helped overcome stress and mental issues due to marital discord.

I highly recommend her for spiritual healing sessions like personal healing, angel healing which helped recover my inner peace as well as recover lost confidence.

I find the process of starting therapy the hardest. A minor inconvenience caused me to cancel the appointment and postpone the process. Soon after, I received a call from Manisha ma'am who took it upon herself to check up on someone who wasn't even a patient as yet. After confirming I really wanted a session, I scheduled an in person visit. Manisha ma'am asked a lot of probing questions during the session, and was extremely patient while I told her everything. For someone who has been to therapy before, a single session with her got me way ahead in the process than I had ever gotten with my previous doctor. She explained issues I had assumed to be normal for years, and also charted out an easy, doable plan for improvement.
