I visited Dr. Parul for childhood emotional neglect.. narcissistic abuse .. negative beliefs like I am not good enough. I am so happy having visited Dr. Parul. She asked very relevant questions compassionately and understood my issues and helped me see past events in my life differently. I was able to let go of those past emotions and those thought patterns.

I had traumatic childhood and those attachment styles were hindering my present life decisions. Although I have been doing meditation and physical exercises, still relationships was like a roller coaster for me . But now after taking her regular therapy sessions, I am much more friends with my emotional pain. Hence better relationships.

I never believed in Therapy. It was always an unsure thing for me, and when I came for it here , I was in a desperate need of help. With patience and professionalism here we are getting our emotions cured and betterment in our relationship issues. We are living more happy life now.

She is the most compassionate and empathetic doctor. She really invest her time in you. Recently, when i had a severe anxiety attack before an interview, she agreed for immediate video session and counselled me. Her counselling helped me to pass that interview with flying colors :) she is just amazing

I was looking for pre marital counselling as I was confused and worried. One of my close friend suggested me to meet Dr Parul who had already visited for his marital counselling. With all worries and anxiety, I met Dr Parul. I must say that I got relieved in few sessions. The perspective to see the life has changed. Now, I am out of anxieties tensions and worries.
