I was going through a lot of pain at the time when I came to know about this clinic. I searched on Google for this and seeing the rating and previous reviews of people, I decided to visit this clinic.

When I reached there, I was asked to sit and wait for some time. Then I met Dr. Megha who was very supportive and friendly by nature. She was expert in her work. I hardly felt pain during the entire process of RCT treatment. It took around an hour for this to get completed. Later on Dr. Poonam came to see me and to ensure that I am getting proper treatment. She sounds knowledgeable and explained my condition very well. She was very suggestive and recommended me on how to proceed further over my condition of teeth.

Second time I had to visit for capping of infected tooth, which was done by Dr. Poonam. Initially I was not comfortable with the shape of capping and it was fitting well but gradually it is getting propely fitted.

Overall it was a good experience and till now m happy with the treatment.

The dentist, whom my daughter fondly refers to as ‘Aunty’, was equally wonderful. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain the procedure to my daughter in a way she could understand. This not only helped my daughter feel more comfortable, but also made her feel involved and in control of the situation.

The procedure itself was quick and painless. My daughter displayed courage throughout, and I think a big part of that was the relaxing environment the dental team created.

As a father, I felt relieved and grateful. Seeing my daughter conquer her fear was a proud moment for me. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to any parent dealing with a child’s fear of dentists. Their exceptional care and patient-centric approach truly stand out.

My experience of getting dental treatment at Facio Dental Super Specialty Clinic, Vasant Kunj,New Delhi, has been wonderful. Dr. Poonam Malik Sehrawat is an internationally trained doctor, assisted by very competent team of young doctors. They are extremely caring and thorough in explaining the line of treatment they are planning to do, and then complete the treatment with precision and professionalism. When I went for the treatment, I had an apprehension that the treatment may be very painful. But I did not experience any discomfort or pain. The team is also regular with their follow up, to check if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort after the treatment. I am happy that I selected Facio Dental Super Specialty Clinic, Vasant Kunj,New Delhi, for my root canal and cosmetic dentistry treatment.

I would highly recommend dr poonam for dental problems.She is well experienced and very friendly.I went her clinic for my RCT,crowns and alingers treatment because I have deep bite problem since long.The procedure was explained and performed very quickly without any pain.Dr.poonam and her while staff is very professional.I am using alingers for my deep bite issue and I am really satisfied with the treatment.I was really impressed that the clinic was well sanitized and followed all covid precautions.
