I was suffering from OCD. I used to get the disgust feeling from touching everything. Then came a time when I started hating my body. I couldn't touch it. I did not know how it happened but I used to feel so helpless that how can anyone hate their body. There was no hope of recovery. I just wanted to die at that time because I could not do anything by myself. My family used to force me to visit a psychiatrist but I used to feel bad about it that if people get to know about it they will start judging like 'ye toh pagal hai', 'iska dimag kharab hai 'and in today's world no one wants to around people with mental health issues.

We want to be a cool generation so we don't ask for help especially when it is related to mental health. We just suffer all alone thinking why this has happened to me, blaming oneself and regretting life but guyz there is a treatment for almost every health issue even if is related to mental health. We need to care our mind more than our body because it is the mind who instructs our body. If there is some issue with it, life becomes chaos. We feel so helpless that people take wrong decisions because of mental suffering.

To be honest there is no bad in visiting a psychiatrist. We only get one life and it is our responsibility to make it a have for ourselves. Take some deep breaths, gather some courage and take just one step forward by visiting the doctor just like I did. After all the sufferings, I finally gathered some courage and came to Dr. Anil yadav for the treatment. ** ** *** ** *** **** ******* * **** **** ******** He listens to you so attentively and patiently

Hi I am Khusboo, i am 16 years old it’s just been 6 months since i have been visiting Dr Anil for my mental health i was diagnosed with bipolar effective disorder i had times where my mind was unstable and it used to effect my behaviour immensely. There were times where i didn’t feel anything and there were times when i used to feel so much of everything. My emotions went out of my hands, I wasn’t incharge of them anymore. there were indomitable sensations in body and there was this sudden urge to hit something in a way that it relaxes my muscles. with the help of counselling and medicines which by the way have no side effects at all. My condition enhanced. i have no mood swings now, I’m able to preside over my responsibilities and i can for sure take in charge of my emotions. Not just this but i have acquired a lot knowledge from him he made me understand that it’s not healthy relying on anyone for your own happiness but instead finding it in your mind and heart because at the end you can run from everything but not yourself so mold your mind into a congenial and a jovial space that you’d never want to run from it

I came to Dr Anil when I had almost given up entirely and nothing else was working. He was the first doctor who gave me the confidence that yes he will help me get out of it but I would have to do exactly what he says. I went through depression and anxiety which was further worsened by another health issue. I would not have made it if it wasn't for him. Yes, he is not someone who would coddle you. He will give you the hard truth but he also gives you faith that yes its this bad but I can help you get out of it. I think the first step to getting better is accepting that you are not okay and that's the harsh truth you get from him. He has been a guide, a friend, a mentor. thank you

He is a live shaving doctor cant thank him enough i was suffering from extreme anxiety and depression for 4 month had changed 2-3 drs before him none was able to help me.i even started having sucidal thoughts but sir saved me his medice started working from day 1 he told me to be patient and stay away from reading on google in three months i had improved a lot and in close to 5 months i was back to 100%.any one suffering from mental health issues do give him a chance if you are not getting better.
