I'm a 27 yr old female and had a second degree burn on my hand last month. I went to Dr Richa after a day when I had multiple big blisters already formed on my hand. The doctor was absolutely ruthless to didn't even ask me how did the burn happen, to not even recommend a solution or talk to my mother properly who accompanied me and the most uneasy part was to not even give me anaesthesia ****** ******** ** ***** She took a cotton pad and just completely took off the first layer of my skin by rubbing across. I was crying profusely and my mother was forced to go outside all this while.

For the next two days, I was in a traumatic state not because of my hand burning but what the doctor did to me. I couldn't sleep for two nights.

If you are reading this, I sincerely request you to not visit this doctor by any chance. ** ** *** ***** doctor's behaviour, maintenance of the clinic, ** *** ************nothing is worth going there.

Dr. Richa Kumar is incredible. she has taken good care of my acne and also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment.i visited her for my acne which she cured from the roots and so the result are tremendous . It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! Thank u doctor!
