I went to the clinic for my wife's leg skin treatment, and the appointment time was 8:00 p.m. We both arrived at the hospital at 7:56 p.m., and we met with the doctor at 9:00 p.m. We never expected this much waiting time, and I asked why, but the front desk had no answer; they were silent, and they said, "Wait sir, before more appointments are pending.

The doctor was warm and friendly, and the clinic hygiene and staff behavior were professional.
