Listening To You, Alwarpet

I started my therapy sessions with Dr. Bisht to deal with grief from the loss of a close loved one. From get go, she listened actively, allowing me to feel safe and share my feelings and thoughts. She balances professionalism with empathy and brings insights that have helped me deal with my loss in a healthy manner. She also provides me with tools that will help make me self reliant for any future situations. We came up with goal oriented sessions that she crafted with me rather than for me. Dr. Bisht is a wonderful therapist and a lovely person. I 100% recommend her for anyone who is looking for therapy with someone who truly listens.
