Dr. Balasubramanian is really good, calm and does a thorough examination with sophisticated devices. He does not get patients riled up, explains the problems patiently and preventive measures clearly and provides practical suggestions. The wait time was just 5 mins and the doctor charges are quite reasonable. Also, the technician who checked for eye power seemed quite knowledgeable and completed the process in a few minutes. Overall, an easy and seamless experience at Kumaran Eye Care, West Mambalam and I would the eye clinic and the doctor anytime. I had been to him earlier for a similar eye infection / dryness issue and his polite behavior made me go there again.

Doctor is very friendly. Patient will get confidence by his explanation. He never exaggerate the problem. His medicines are quite effective and at the same time affordable. His Professional charges are very reasonable. I got a sizable discount when I had to change my specs last time. There are many more things because of which there is crowd, without any advt/publicity in the area. These type of doctors are very rare now a days.
