Dr. Balasubramanian is really good, calm and does a thorough examination with sophisticated devices. He does not get patients riled up, explains the problems patiently and preventive measures clearly and provides practical suggestions. The wait time was just 5 mins and the doctor charges are quite reasonable. Also, the technician who checked for eye power seemed quite knowledgeable and completed the process in a few minutes. Overall, an easy and seamless experience at Kumaran Eye Care, West Mambalam and I would the eye clinic and the doctor anytime. I had been to him earlier for a similar eye infection / dryness issue and his polite behavior made me go there again.
