I had a chronic lower back pain for past fourteen years. Till date I had tried almost all the possible treatments, but none of that had helped. Being an IT professional, sitting is something unavoidable and that just added more to my pain. I had almost given up all hopes of getting rid of my pain. Zelus was the last option I decided to try. I met Dr. Pratik, who keenly analysed my pain areas and suggested a one month treatment. He explained the step by step approach for the treatment which included first reducing the pain, then increase muscle flexibility and then give strength to the muscles. Accordingly I started my sessions. And that's where all magic began! Within 2 weeks all my pain vanished. Dr. Saloni took care that my every session was conducted correctly. They kept taking my feedback after every session, so that they can take appropriate action if need be. I really thanks Dr. Pratik & Dr. Saloni for the treatment and the care they took during my treatment. My 14 year old pain has gone in just 1 month, all thanks to them. Once again many thanks !!

I reached out to Dr. Prateek as my mother had undergone bilateral TKR and a couple of key parameters were not improving and I was worried.

He did a thorough evaluation and chalked out a plan with goals & timelines. He assigned Physiotherapist Kavipriya (under his supervision) to work with my mother. Within a week I started to see measurable improvements and after a month my mother showed marked improvement overall (Range of motion, mobility & balance); her confidence also improved. I must mention throughout this time; Dr. Prateek did regular check ins & answered all my queries patiently. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend Dr. Prateek.

So I've been to multiple doctors, physiotherapists and I've had chronic low back pain for about 1.5 years. Dr. Pratik started my treatment and in about a month I could dance, I have never even imagined that with my pain. the best part is he diagnosed my issue and he understands that every patient can have different pain and gives you exercise according to that. He believes that you can go back to all activities as time progresses and YOU CAN with time. You won't be disappointed, just give it a chance :)

I was going thru severe shoulder pain and visited Zelus Physiotherapy. After meeting Dr. Pratik, was convinced that I am at the right place & in safe hands. He is Kool and listen carefully & patiently to every problem before suggesting treatment. He and his team member Mani guided me throughout the workout and Stretches and kept a watch all the time, correcting my stretching movements. Within 2 to 3 Sessions, I felt the difference and my pain reduced significantly. By the End of the sessions, I recovered fully.

I had chondroplasty surgery a few months back. After that, I consulted Dr. Pratik Desai for my physio sessions. He is very calm and composed. He listened to all my queries and doubts patiently and explained what needed to be done and, very importantly, "why". The way he explained the situation, I personally started noticing the changes during my sessions. He and his staff were very helpful and approachable throughout the session. They motivated me, which helped me have a faster recovery. They keep the environment positive, which is actually very important for someone who is going through rehab. I highly recommend Dr. Pratik Desai for any kind of physio session. I had severe lower back pain due to sitting in chairs for a very long time for many months. I got the recommendation of Zelus through Google & Practo. I have come here for 22 sessions & the treatment & exercises have helped me immensely. I wasn't able to sleep, walk or play football at the beginning but by the end I'm able to do all three without a glitch! Dr. Pratik Desai & team has paid great attention to my condition & has guided & helped me overcome this serious issue. I'm really thankful to have finally overcome this.

Had a severe backpain and wasn't even able to walk properly. Got an immediate relief after first round of the treatment. Dr. Pratik has helped me understand the problem and recovery path very clearly. Over the next 20 sessions, apart from pain relief, a lot of exercises with focus on my back and leg muscles have made me get back to my running strongly. Rest of the staff (Jayashree and Fahad) are also very helpful and adjust your exercises routine as per your requirements and give you a lot of tips.

Have low back pain issues for 1 year and upper back issues for 3 years. Have gone through rehabilitation from multiple physiotherapists but not fully recovered- always stuck at 80-90% recovery, muscle imbalance and tightness remained all the time.

I had an amazing experience here, Dr Pratik himself used to spent time in sessions- pinpoint the wrong patterns and muscle involvement. He also helped to understand the issues and manage it in day to day activities which is really helpful in the era of youtube gyan, marketing gimmicks in name of sports physiotherapy.

I visited Dr.Pratik for physiothery for my long standing issue of shoulder tendon tear. Initially, I was skeptical but went ahead to take up the sessions. Within 10 sessions, I could observe improvement and Pratik sir visits more often to check about the progress and was very friendly. Assisting physicians Mani, Hina, Amrutha and Shahithi are all friendly and helpful throughout, especially Mani who assisted me during my sessions. After completing the course of 22 sessions, I could start my exercise and playing routine progressively. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and would recommend the centre to others.

I had neck and shoulder pain since almost 5years, recently this had become worse, and I was advised to go for physiotherapy. So I chose Zelus(Vijaya bank Layout)

Dr. Prathik and Dr. Sweety were very friendly and understood my problem and helped me by designing the appropriate treatment plan accordingly.

All my sessions were very comfortable and they have explained how to do the stretch and strengthening exercises very well. Now I am feeling a lot better, though I have to keep continuing the exercises to feel good for long time.
