When I first met my therapist, my mind was very disturbed. I was only 22 and had already faced a lot of betrayal from people I trusted, which left me feeling emotionally exhausted. My confidence and self-esteem had dropped significantly, and I often found myself crying and overwhelmed. My college experience, which I had entered with hope, instead exposed me to difficult social situations such as misunderstandings, rejection, and feeling judged. These repeated experiences led to emotional distress, which can be understood as a form of emotional trauma.
However, beginning therapy marked a turning point in my life. Over the course of 16 sessions, I gradually started to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of my emotions. With the help of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I learned how to understand my thoughts, manage my feelings, and respond to situations in a healthier way. Although some problems still exist, I now feel more capable of handling them.
This progress was possible with the help of Riddhi, who listened to me patiently without judging me. She helped me understand why these experiences affected me the way they did and supported me in seeing that good things are still possible for me. She truly felt like an angel in my life. Her guidance made me feel safe, heard, and hopeful.
Today, I am able to communicate with people more confidently and without constantly judging myself. One of the biggest changes has been transforming my negative self-talk into a more positive and supportive inner voice. This journey has not only helped me heal but has also made me more self-aware, resilient, and emotionally strong.

I went with anxiety and depression related issues. She listened patiently and explained the whole process before we even started the sessions. During the sessions, she identified the root causes of the issues and helped me work on them. The EFT sessions were very effective at dealing with grief and depression. In general, the sessions have improved my confidence a lot, and just made dealing with events in life much easier with little to no anxiety.
