I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Kishan for helping me prep my 5-month-old son for his first flight from Delhi to Bangalore. As a new mom, I was super worried about his little ears with cabin pressure, feeding him during bumps, and keeping him comfy in that tiny seat. You gave simple tips like using saline drops and a nasal aspirator before takeoff, nursing him during ascent and descent, packing extra diapers, a baby carrier, and hydration stuff. The trip went smoothly—he stayed happy and healthy! You’re amazing for stressed parents like me. Highly recommend!
