Doctor is good but they need to manage the timing for patience as patience cannot wait for 2 hours even after appointments

Like a lot of other people have mentioned, the wait time is long. Even though I had booked an appointment and i reached the hospital 20 mins before my appointment time, i still had to wait for 45-60 mins. The doctor spent about 3-4 mins with me. doctor is knowledgeable and his diagnosis was on point, but I got the impression that he is in a hurry and wanted to move to the next patient. When I called for a follow up, it was the same.

***** ***** ******* ** ***** ***** *** Please consider changing the receptionist. She's rude and not hospital friendly. Wait time's way too long. Do remove the online portal of appointment there's legit no use to it as the booking is done by the receptionist anyway on spot. We booked for 6:30 and were roughly made to wait for 40 minutes.

The doctor didn't ask any questions and wasn't given any diet restrictions or anything for my gerd.

My experience with Dr. Lokesh L V was really good. The doctor explained everything clearly and I would highly recommend him.
