I visited Dr. Shivashankar for hair thinning and hair fall concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The doctor did not ask about my medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, or other factors that usually contribute to hair fall. ******** he ******** suggested an ********* GFC treatment (a procedure where blood is drawn and used for scalp therapy). During the consultation, I was asked if I’m single and about the nature of my work, *** ******* ******** ** ** ********** The conversation kept coming back to the same treatment option, **** ** ********** ** ****** **************** **********

No questions on family history of hair or skin related issues. No ***** questions such as whether I drink or smoke or if I'm in a high-stress job which might have caused the issue. No questions on any changes in diet or sleeping pattern.

Not the kind of experience one should hope for.

Certainly won't recommend or visit again.

I have been to the clinic to visit Dr Shiv, and I can assure you a seamless experience while visiting him. I have visited him for 2 appointments for skin tag removal (one wart and the second one underarms). Modern techniques, clean areas, friendly staff, and an in-house pharmacy with prescribed medicines makes it more simple and accessible. The doc knows his procedures well, and is really good with the explanation. I would recommend him.

I have been visiting him since then, to have control on hair fall issues. He is a friendly person and gives enough time in analyzing what could be the possible issue.
