She is a wonderful doctor and gives the right treatment that is needed . she listens to the issue and clarifies any apprehensions you have with respect to your infant . She is very approachable at any given instance . Handles the baby very well and all the necessary precautions during this covid time is taken in the clinic as well by the doctor which is appreciatable .

Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Two of my kids had stomach aches and diarrhea when I went to the doctor for the first time since we moved to this location recently. While the doctor was speaking to patients, the receptionist knocked on the door very badly and was very rude. Astonishingly, a receptionist can take such liberties other than a family member. Even a family member is more polite.
After the first day, my younger one was fine, but my older one had more issues, so we called reception to ask for a medicine from the doctor. He was so annoying and did not give a time slot to speak with the doctor, cut the call abruptly, argued a lot, and had no concern about patients after the consultation.

The doctor is good, but the front desk is not supportive in emergencies!
It was 1st but sad experience!
