We initially fixed an appointment with Dr.Dharmpal but it was a different doctor named Praneeth Reddy who checked my condition and charged the same amount. We went in to that hospital to meet the experienced doctor, however the same did not happen.. Kindly look into this.

We have been going to him for months for my mom's shoulder and knee pain. He gives absolutely no explanation as to what could be the problem and why he is prescribing what he's prescribing and on being asked he gets offended and treats the patient rudely. Today, he suggested steroid infiltration for the shoulder pain and aside from the consultation fee we were charged 1000rs only for one injection. And we were made to buy the materials and gloves and all outside separately. Then they made us wait for more than one hour and refused to even acknowledge our presence there. The nurse then called us in then they asked her to undress for the shoulder injection and the doctor didn't show up for now than half hour. It is very disrespectful to make a female patient undress and wait for so long. And on being asked, he asked us to leave the hospital without treatment because he was offended. He is money rude and will treat you with disrespect. The system is so ill maintained.

Terrible experience, he was rude, did not come on time ,he made all the patients wait for an hour without any reason, and for asking simple doubt he asked us to cancel the treatment and leave.
He asked my mom to wait in the procedure room undressed waiting for administration of injection but did not appear for another hour, neglected the patient and scolded the guardian for asking to speed up the process. Threatened the guardian and patient when asked for an explanation
