I got into Viral arthiritis 6 weeks ago. I had moderate joint pain in hands and feet. Condition persisted for 6 weeks. I consulted with Dr Padmanabha. He asked me to do blood tests for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. The doctor had a long conversation on the procedure and how its going to help me. Patiently answered all my questions.

He then proceeded with Acupuncture treatment. It took 1 hour end to end with 30 mins of actual treatment. He took lot of care on me and was trying to refine the procedure to relieve my pain. I have not seen a doctor who cares about his patient so much in my entire life time. Kudos to the treatment I feel much better after 5 sessions. Very happy with the experience.

Sthira holistic health centre is one of the best choice I ever made. I approached this centre as suggested by one of my family friend. I had lower back pain (disc herniation of L5-S1 disc). Here, I was adviced to take acupuncture treatment along with the physiotherapy for few days and I started feeling better from the day 1 itself. Along with the treatment, I tried to follow all the advices given by the doctor which also helped me a lot to recover faster. The Doctor is very patient, friendly and gives a very comfortable feel to express all your problems. The treatment given here is also with care and feels like a family. In my experience, in addition to the treatment, I was given the best advice and support to many of my other issues along with the primary concern of back pain. I highly recommend this centre.

I was into chronic consumption of Alcohol & also I had bouts of Severe Headache, Depression & Anxiety. Due to pressure from my family members I abruptly stopped Alcohol consumption. The withdrawal symptoms were quite severe. I got to know about Dr. Padmanabha Shettigar & his expertise in treating such issues, through Holistic Treatment consisting of counselling, Accupuncture & yoga Therapy. In just about 10 days I am feeling extremly great & fit & feeling fine. I am really Greatful & very Glad to have met Dr. Padmanabha Shettigar & am Greatful to him for all the support & Treatment so far. He is not just a Doctor, he is a Healer .

I went to Dr. Padmanabha for physiotherapy for impinged nerve in the shoulder. I took 3 sessions and feeling much better already and pain has come down completely. Dr. Padmanabha takes the time out to explain the medical condition and addresses the issue at root level, not just at relieving the symptoms. The clinic setup is immaculate with high emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. Dr. Padmanabha goes out all the way to ensure that the treatment provided is holistic in the true sense - guiding you about the diet, exercises and additional care to be taken.
