I have been suffering from lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember.

This time around I decided to consult Dr Prachi and go for a longer course/sessions.

She patiently worked through each individual issue and provided expert advice on what might be wrong. There are so many exercises and their variations that she advised for mobility and strengthening.

My back pain is almost gone now. And the others are manageable asI work through them. Even if it troubles, I know what kind of stretches I should focus on. She explains the exercises and what muscles they focus on and how they would help.

I visited doctor Prachi last week for my rib pain .I have severe pain in front as well as back due to displacement of a rib.She diagnosed the problem and made me do necessary exercises .She listens to the problem with patience and provides correct set of exercises which helped in reduction of pain fast. After having visited couple of doctors in last few months with no results, Dr Prachi was able to accurately diagnosis the issue in one meeting and shared exercise techniques and treatment routine. She explained the issue really well and prepared a personalised plan to treat the same effectively. She even follow up with her patients to make sure they are doing fine which is missing with lots of other doctors.

I went with deep muscle pain which was impacting my work as I was not able to sit for long duration and work. It got relieved with the pain in few sessions. Doctor has lot of patience to listen to issues and is well aware of what exercises will help address the problem.

The treatment does not involve using any machines or medicines but just stretches to relieve pain and exercises to strengthen muscles. Am glad I found the doctor and feels so good to be relieved of pain 😊.

Dr. Prachi has accessed my case in detail from the begining. She had not just looked the the problem areas on surface but she also tried understanding the underlying issues, postural issues, core strength, she kept recommending dietary changes and supplements which could help me heal better holistically. She is very friendly doctor ,she teach all small small exercises which normally we don't do at home some body areas we don't us regularly and she tell me very easy exercise to do at home and my nack pain is now recover.

My daughter had a stiff neck caused due to a compressed nerve caused due to excessive physical strain. She was unable to move her neck and had acute pain.

With Dr Prachi's physiotherapy sessions, she was relieved of the pain and was able to mobilize her neck.

Have been suffering from Chronic pain due to Tennis Elbow since last 6 months. The exercises she recommended provided relief and within 2 weeks time I could feel the difference and pain was reduced. I don't have wear Elbow Bands anymore. With 5-10 Minutes of exercises she recommended i was able to nurse and cure the chronic pain.
