Dr. Balaji was very friendly and very patient to explain through the whole process which helped me calm down. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to explaining what the problem was before jumping into the treatment. Dr. Pooja was also kind enough to help me through the process. The hospitality was very excellent and comforting.
