During the course of treatment, most of the procedures were handled by other doctors or nursing staff, and I did not personally meet her often, which left me feeling uncertain about my progress at the time.

After I shared my concerns about continued hair fall, the doctor personally contacted me, listened to my issues, and provided a new prescription to help address the problem. I appreciate her reaching out and trying to resolve the situation.
