I found Sapphire Skin Clinic through Practo and booked my first visit through Practo as well. I have visited them twice now and have been quite satisfied with the treatment. I initially visited the doctor for hair fall and was advised to undergo GFC treatment, with expected results in a few sessions. During the course of treatment, most of the procedures were handled by other doctors or nursing staff, and I did not personally meet her often, which left me feeling uncertain about my progress at the time.

After I shared my concerns about continued hair fall, the doctor personally contacted me, listened to my issues, and provided a new prescription to help address the problem. I appreciate her reaching out and trying to resolve the situation.

Dr. Sheela is an exceptional doctor. She listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable instantly.
