It is formed by a group of three experienced psychiatrists, who are the directors of the practice. All three of them have had stellar educational qualifications from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-sciences, Bangalore (NIMHANS). In addition, they are trained in Australia and have gained international postgraduate fellowship from there (FRANZCP).The directors have more than 16 years of experience in psychiatry. They have the distinction of having worked, both in Indian and international settings and carry a wealth of knowledge.The Centre also works with experienced psychologists to offer necessary services.The clinic provides treatment for an array of disorders such as Schizophrenia, Mood disorder (Depression and Bipolar disorder), Anxiety disorders (Social anxiety, OCD, Panic disorder, Agoraphobia, PTSD and Generalized anxiety disorder) , Alcohol and other drugs de-addiction treatment, relationship issues, marital counseling and therapy, stress related disorders and personality disorders. It also provides treatment for patients suffering from mental health problems in their old age. I’ve been taking therapy sessions with Dr.Bhargav in this clinic for about a year now.
For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.
When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. Slowly and steadily, he started equipping me with tools and techniques that I could use on a day to day basis. Now, I’m on my path of healing - Along with the right medication, I also have a bunch of tools with me that I can use whenever my thoughts overpower me.
His emphasis on self reflection, setting goals for our therapy sessions and action-oriented approach is what makes him so skilled at handling patients like me. And of course, he does all this with a bucket full of empathy and sensitivity.

I was struggling with the anxiety issues for quite sometime which was impacting my personal, professional aspects of life.
