I’ve been taking therapy sessions with Dr.Bhargav in this clinic for about a year now.

For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.

When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. I was struggling with the anxiety issues for quite sometime which was impacting my personal, professional aspects of life. Dr. Shreedhar Sir did diagnosis and explained me the problem and treatment for the same. He was very patient to hear out all issues , was observant even with the minute details and came up with a phased treatment plan. I have done counseling with Dr Shreedhar for my prolonged depression and anxiety issues after being referred by my psychologist. I am posting my experience after been in treatment for 5 months with him. Dr Shreedhar is very polite and has deep understanding and experience of his work.I was very scared initially for the treatment and medicines but in the first session itself I knew that I am at the right place.I was having high depressive and anxiety issues since 4 years accompanied with high suicidal thoughts in recent times.In the course of 5 months by god's grace and with the help of Dr Shreedhar i am standing straight ready to take all challenges, with increased confidence and faith in my self worth, i am looking forward to live a new good life. After seeing him, i have great changes in my perspective towards life. I would highly recommend him for any sort of psychological issues, he will understand you completely. Categories to define treatment received does not do justice to the cause identified and benefit received in my consultation with Dr Arshia. I had done a CBT therapy so deep that I came out as a much stronger and confident person. The consultation received enabled me in addressing my deep issues in such a way that I’ve either been able to correct them or learned to live with them. Her patience, perseverance and empathy helped me in dealing with my divorce in such a strong way that I don’t connect with my old self anymore. It took time, it took effort from both ends but it was truly worth it and it was truly commendable for the support that she gave me in my life’s most difficult time. There was never an iota of judgement. My issues and concerns were met through scientific approach for identification and the solution were given in a structured manner, which helped me a lot to heal. I met Doctor in May 2022 when I faced severe mental issues like excessive negative thoughts, fears of being alone, sleeping disorders, eating disorders, and whatnot! I met Doctor personally in May 2022 after waiting for like two weeks for him to confirm the appointment. And when I met and discussed my situation with him about my problems, he listened very patiently and calmly and suggested the best treatment anyone could have.

And now it’s been eight months, and I’m feeling excellent, very positive, very energetic, and not a single fear feeling. And now, I feel like my whole problems are finished, and I’m leading a happy life now.

I’m still connected with a doctor through video calls, and whenever I talk with him, I get more positivity.
