I’ve been taking therapy sessions with Dr.Bhargav in this clinic for about a year now.

For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.

When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. Slowly and steadily, he started equipping me with tools and techniques that I could use on a day to day basis. Now, I’m on my path of healing - Along with the right medication, I also have a bunch of tools with me that I can use whenever my thoughts overpower me.

His emphasis on self reflection, setting goals for our therapy sessions and action-oriented approach is what makes him so skilled at handling patients like me. And of course, he does all this with a bucket full of empathy and sensitivity.

Doctor knows the precise dosage with that exact drug (medicine) from his previous years of knowledge and expertise from India and Australia, to hit that inner demon with a Boom and be back to Confident and Positive Win Win state. I was struggling with the anxiety issues for quite sometime which was impacting my personal, professional aspects of life. Dr. Shreedhar Sir did diagnosis and explained me the problem and treatment for the same. He was very patient to hear out all issues , was observant even with the minute details and came up with a phased treatment plan. The sessions with doctor created lots of positive vibes and gave good hope for recovering from the condition. Because of his treatment and encouragement, I am doing very good now. I am very grateful to Dr. Shreedhar Sir for his guidance and making my life lot better.

Really bad experience.

I had consulted her for around 3-4 sessions. I needed a doctor's note. She kept delaying it, will get it done in next 2-3 days.

I needed to buy insurance and these so called mental health professionals are the ones who are roadblocks to the process.

After some weeks , when I refused to come to sessions saying that the experience has been unhelpful. she made the suggestion that I am just here for the doctors note . Pathetic, have some empathy and don't make such hogwash suggestions.

Imagine week after week, insurance company is asking for note and they keep running me in circles. This happened at samvith neuro clinic in Koramangala.

Have more empathy and understand that because of your lack of help , it's become a traumatizing experience for me.

I have done counseling with Dr Shreedhar for my prolonged depression and anxiety issues after being referred by my psychologist. I am posting my experience after been in treatment for 5 months with him. Dr Shreedhar is very polite and has deep understanding and experience of his work.I was very scared initially for the treatment and medicines but in the first session itself I knew that I am at the right place.I was having high depressive and anxiety issues since 4 years accompanied with high suicidal thoughts in recent times.In the course of 5 months by god's grace and with the help of Dr Shreedhar i am standing straight ready to take all challenges, with increased confidence and faith in my self worth, i am looking forward to live a new good life. Categories to define treatment received does not do justice to the cause identified and benefit received in my consultation with Dr Arshia. I had done a CBT therapy so deep that I came out as a much stronger and confident person. The consultation received enabled me in addressing my deep issues in such a way that I’ve either been able to correct them or learned to live with them. Her patience, perseverance and empathy helped me in dealing with my divorce in such a strong way that I don’t connect with my old self anymore. It took time, it took effort from both ends but it was truly worth it and it was truly commendable for the support that she gave me in my life’s most difficult time. There was never an iota of judgement. My issues and concerns were met through scientific approach for identification and the solution were given in a structured manner, which helped me a lot to heal. If anybody decides to consult her, please be open, and be at it. It will and it shall help you.
