Perfect Bounce, Singasandra

I was down with a L5 -S1 Mild to moderate disc bulge on 6th Sept 2023. I reached out to an Ortho specialist and was given few pain killers and strictly told me to take bed rest for 5 days. 2 days were on but I didn't see any improvement. Having a Family function around in 10 days, I was getting restless because, I was not able to get onto my feet at least. My abdominal region was deformed to right, not able to even stand. Forget walking. Then I got to know about perfect bounce through a friend.

Dr Richa Singh, picked my call up and understood my medical issue and my social situation about the function. I sent my MRI report to her. She promised a call back to me in 10 mts. She went through the report and straight away committed to me that she will fix me in 6 sessions. The same day, I was allocated to Dr Sindhuri who treated me although. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable .I was given dry cupping and needling for the entire body. Belive me, i started walking better by the 3rd session.

The body has come back to my control. I slowly started doing small streches and exercised with the guidance of Dr Sinduri.

By the end of 8th session, i was absolutely normal and was able to lead my family function completely.

Currently, i am 80% recovered and conitnuing my efforts to 100% recovery with Rest and Exercises. I am able to work and take care of house hold things. Deep Tissue massage was really good in relaxing the muscles. They helped me with Foot analysis and Posture analysis on the last day of the treatment and made me understand the corrections i need to do for my body for better quality of life. Exercises were recommended the report itself for corrections. I was given 2 free follow ups post the treatment.

Over all, i had an amazing experience with " Perfect Bounce " would like to have it to a part of my lifestyle going forward too.

Sit tight, this review is going to be long and an eye opener!Please read till the end if have you given a thought to visit this clinic and then decide on yourself.I don't usually write the review unless I had too good or very bad experience and this is the latter.I had taken the treatment for Back pain, back stiffness( I have it for long, it's almost 2 years now).I had consultation with Dr Richa on the first week of Dec, 21. I was asked to go through below treatments,1) Posture Analysis2) Cupping and Dry needling3) DTM4) Chiropractic She recommended me to buy 2 supplements and she told it will help me along with the treatments. I took them as it was advised by a certified professional!. I took whatever she recommended, I just wanted to get rid of back pain and she promised that at the end of the treatment I will go out of the clinic with the improvement ( Actually she mentioned, cured!)Here comes the second part of the story,I had the dry needling, cupping therapy and I was taught 10-12 exercises. It continued for 6 days and I attended all sessions and followed all the exercises( I haven't stopped it and following till today).Surprisingly, I saw Richa only on the first day during diagnosis and near billing counter, and never after that! staff did all the treatment. Rich was not even present for a single session. Even a building contractor/Architect visits the construction site to get the status of the work and the quality though he is not the one who is going to do all the work!.Since I don't have all the equipments needed for exercises ( dumbbells and few more, I really don't know the name), I checked with them if I can make use of them after my dry needling and cupping session for 6 days but they told first two days are free and after that I have to pay(just to use equipments!) on top of payment done for my treatment plan ( ₹34,000).I completed treatment and had a follow-up on 31st of Dec ( Again, Richa was not present) . I mentioned them that the stiffness and the pain is still present and my improvement is even below 5 out of 10!. They asked me to go through one more round of dry needling and cupping ( thank God, they didn't ask money this time! ).One more strange thing I observed is that they took posture analysis in the beginning and found out I had lots of issues with the posture and alignment. *** *** ** **** ***** ***** **** *** ********* ** ********** ***** ****** ******* ****** ** ********* ********** ****** * ***** ******* ********** ***** ****** ** ******* ******* ****** ** ***************** **** **** ***** ********** ** ********* *** ********Now after a month , I am back to zero and having same issues **** ** ************ Some of the points to mention,- I am following all the exercises they taught- I am going to Yoga, Gym( S&C and HRX from Cult and not lifting too much weight lifting like typical gym) alternate day. I informed yoga instructor that I have back pain issue and following only scale down versions of asanas to take care of back as well.- Completed all supplements- Taking break inbetween my work.I don't expect this to cure all at once like a magic, ******* ** *********** ** * ***** ***** **** **** ***** *** **** ***** I don't regret paying money. I don't have any issues with huge treatment fee or consultation fee but expected same kind of improvement in return.Others might have got results or improvement( Assuming by going through results! ) But I am writing this review only based on my experience and it was very bad.

Dr. Richa is so empathetic and smiling all the time that you get 50% better just by talking to her. Other than being empathetic, doctor is extremely qualified and has specialized in fibromyalgia which is my primary complaint. she has explained me why i had to take the treatment for the full body even though I went with a leg pain. she has made me more functional. you will see the results right from the first session. also, she would suggest you to buy certain things to buy - for example, foam roller and massage gun. they are for maintenance. I appreciate her suggestions. because now I don't need to wait until my pains get worse. She has taught me exercises and taught me how to use foam roller and massage gun so that I can maintain what improvement I have gained from the treatment. the attention they give is also awesome. if you are someone at the their wit's end searching for a solution for fibromyalgia like me, trust her blindly. she treats it in a holistic manner. even diet changes were recommended.in an age in which doctors prescribe antidepressants and anti-epileptics injudiciously for fibromyalgia, Dr. Richa helps you to regain your health back holistically, that too in a span of 10 days. ❤️ I am grateful for her.

I came to Dr. Devika and Perfect Bounce Clinic with severe neckaches & headaches. I was very worried about the state of my health and didn't see any hope for pain relief, let alone begin my journey to strength training. With Dr. Devika as my Physiotherapist, I knew I had found an extremely patient and kind person who was perfect for a beginner like me. She took a well-paced, but steady approach to my recovery. She understood my apprehension to do any form of physical activity, since I have been regularly injured in the past due to weak muscles (which I got to know when I consulted at Perfect Bounce clinic). Never did I feel bored with the strength training routines. She is innovative, constantly improvising on different exercises to activate or strength the same muscles, researches different exercises to incorporate into the routine to make it interesting. She also explained how to identify different types of sensation/pain - stretching & muscle activation sensation vs injury related pain, even for future reference. She always ensures that I maintain the correct posture, ensuring that I am working the right muscles, asking if I can feel the stretch in 'the' particular muscle I'm working on.

She is very strong herself and has a holistic approach to fitness - mental, emotional & physical.

Thank you Dr. Devika, you have given me hope that I can exercise too and it can be fun.
