1. He listens the patient problem very very carefully. Which is required for any professional, especially for doctors

2. If we have any reports, he concentrates on them, forget everything around and entire focus on those reports. He writes main points on his own sheet (I like this point very much)

3. Then he explains about his thoughts. And answers all our questions (Even silly questions for our limited knowledge).

Really if we worry more, then he smiles simply. From his smile, we can make out very easily that no need to worry much.

(BTW..,God gave wonderful smile to him)
