My mom had eye problems, so I looked online for the best eye doctor. I picked My Vision Eye Clinic run by Dr. Rinku Das. Today, we went for a check-up, and Dr. Das was really nice and helpful. She was patient and friendly during the check-up, which made us feel good. The whole visit, from talking to the receptionist to seeing the doctor, went smoothly. We were in and out in 30 minutes and left happy. We need to go back often because of the eye issue. I'll definitely tell others about Dr. Rinku Das. She's great at what she does. It's important to find someone you trust when it comes to eye problems. I was worried at first, but after reading reviews and our visit, I'm confident in recommending Dr. Das. Dr. Rinku was friendly, listened to problems with time, checkd up properly and later explained the reason for the issue, suggested medication and advised how to treat eye carefully and use of it in office hours. Also, asked to come for a free follow up on a recommnded date.

I went to visit as my eyes were itching a lot. Came to know that it is due to dry eyes. Dr. Rinku prescribed eye drops for 1 month. It’s been 2 days now n my eyes are still itching but the severity has reduced. Let’s see what happens after a month. She was very clear with the diagnosis and solution. They adhere to all norms of social distancing and sanitising the complete area.

It was a very good experience visiting this clinic. they are following all covid precautions and Doctor was very friendly and heard my issues properly and explained about the reason behind the issues.Hats Off, the doctor is still allowing Out patients in this current covid Surge.

Dr. Rinku Das provided excellent care for my eye infection. She was professional, attentive, and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. The treatment worked quickly, and my eye healed without any issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Das for outstanding eye care.

Detail oriented and patient friendly. Dr. Das explained all the procedures in detail and was patient friendly. When a follow up test had to be done, she clearly explained the justification for the follow up. She did not hurry the test, but took a slow and methodical approach towards diagnosis.

We visited doctor for my vision checkup, it was a Saturday and clinic was crowded I had to wait for 45 minute+

Doctor was in hurry and didn’t spend enough time, dr time was also little rude.

When we came out another patient was fighting with their staff since they had to wait for couple of hours and staff was very rude in handling those patents.

Overall experience was bad , I consulted another doctor on following Monday to be sure *** *** ********* ***** **** ***** ********Would not recommend dr Rinku

I took my 9yr old daughter for consultation on her reduced vision. Doctor provided good explanation of the issue and the next steps to follow. Overall well satisfied.

Doctor is very polite and understanding. Liked the way she explained the symptoms and precautionary measures.
