Blessed with baby girl 4 months ago. I highly recommend iccha if any one has lost hope of having a child .Dr Mekhala is incredible and highly skilled in handling complicated cases.she maintains her calm and is very enthusiastic through out. She is godess to us, it's jus because of her we are blessed with healthy baby and enjoying parent hood. We cannot Express our gratitude for every thing Dr Mekhala and Dr Guha has done for us .we will forever be grateful to you for giving us the joy of parenting. You are not only amazing doctor but a wonderful human being your kindness,commitment , timely advise the way you counseled and encouraged us during hard times will always be remembered.Sharing my own experience. We met Dr Mekhala in Ss clinic and I was diagnosed with low amh count ,initially I was given medication and was encouraged for natural pregnancy unfortunately it did not work for me , hence we were recommended for ivf. During scan she identified There to be a septum in the uterus and advised us to undergo hysteroscopy. I was also diagnosed with autoimmune disorder ( nk cell deficiency) with all these complications it was not easy journey with out her encouragement and emotional support.We had to wait 3 months after hysteroscopy ( to heal) for first ivf cycle. I conceived during first cycle Dr guha performed NT scan Unfortunately baby 's nasal bone and stomach bubble was not appearing. He righty identified baby to have down syndrome.Just for reconfirming what Dr guha has already noticed during scan, recommended us to get scan done from his mentor .He came in person to diagnostic while i was getting scan done from his mentor and reviewed the same, Took a call to get amniosynthesis done . Dr guha is such a kind person despite of lockdown and his busy schedule he was always in touch with us, he also arranged amniosynthesis for us in a different hospital. On the day of procedure he arrived to the hospital even before we could reach there and spoke to doctor about my case and was present during the procedure which was such a emotional support for us . Later we got the report which says down syndrome hence we had to discontinue pregnency . Both Dr mekhala and guha were so empathetic . They were extended family to us.When there was tears and tragedy they were shoulder and hope for us .As it was genetic disorder we were recommended for donor egg. We were always patient we knew we are in good hands and waiting for the miracle.6 months post miscarriage we tried again My second ivf was also unsuccessful due some underlying issue had to again under go hysteroscopy. Dr mekhala reassured us to keep the hope alive as good things are yet to come.We did try again after 3 months. I conceived again this journey was also rollercoaster for us i had bleeding and was totally terrified , I messaged her at 12.45 am she immediately called me, calms me down ' saying every thing will be fine nothing to worry. She reads all the reports diligently and address all our queries on time. She works round the clock and will always the there for her patients . everything went well had safe delivery and healthy baby .Dr mekhala and Dr guha 's guidance and support during my pregnancy are invaluable we are always indebted to you .A big thanks to iccha staff for supporting us . Front desk soniya mam and catherine mam were very kind and supportive during our visits. Rejitha mam at pharmacy is so polite she explains us prescription twice and make sures everything is clear to us. Nurses were so humble and compassionate though out my journey .

We would like to share our part of story so it could helpful for other parents expecting and especially those who are living abroad and trying to become parents.

We are from USA, we were trying to concieve for 5 years and had gone various fertility treatments in US but all went in vain due to no proper diagnosis done by Drs, insurance not covering fertility related treatments after 3 failed IUIs we had completely lost hope of becoming a parent.

Dr Mekhala was referred by my sister in law and my brother who came to know through her relative, As a first step, we shared all our reports done in US and had a online consultation, she assured us, that we can get pregnant.

Next issue was our Indian travel plans and it was during covid time, that delayed for another year, after that we travelled by taking a months leave, I would like to appreciate and thank Dr. Mekhala, she took personal interest in our case and did all diagnosis with in that month and were referred to different Drs like Dr Chaithra and Dr Srinivas for further treatment.

It was all so well planned and managed during my leave, Dr Mekhala mam really made it happen during my leave.

After all the diagnosis and treatment, we were finally concieved with gods grace and with Dr Mekhala mams help, but there was another shock waiting for us, my wife was diagnosed with Single Umblical Artery during the intial scan, that brought us lots of worries and tears.

But Again it was Dr. Mekahala mam, who gave instructions, gave motivation, gave assurance, gave confidence and with extra montioring, Dr. Mekhala personally delivered our baby boy which brought only happy tears 🥲 to us.

All the parents who are going through similar kind of issues like SUA or infertility or couples living in abroad, please do visit Dr. Mekhala, she will surely make your dreams come true, what more is needed for a couple than becoming parents.

Another good thing about Dr Mekhala mam is her belief in God which brings lots and lots of positivity in you and also she suggests to visit good temples if required that brings lots of confidence. Please always trust your midwife or Dr. Mekhala and please follow all the guidelines or prescriptions provided by Dr. The Journey for an year would be a roller coaster with lots of ups and downs but in the end it would be all worth it.

If anyone has lost hope of having a child, then please read this review patiently which I am writing of my own experience I and my wife Vishala had been trying our baby since two years with 2 different doctors, the year 2018 was with a gynecologist and after treatment with 2 failed IUI's conclusion was to go for IVF as amh was low

the year 2019 took consultation with an infertility specialist, and then with the experimentation of 5 IUIs, again failed and also hysterolaparoscopy the decision was to go for IVF. With all the treatment we were drained physically emotionally ,financially and then decided to go for IVF

We were searching for who is the best IVF consultant in Bangalore, and with reference from Dr. Thobbi who happens to be our angel got us introduced to Dr. Mekhala, *** *** ** *** **** *** ********** * * *** *** *** **** **** **** it is not an exaggeration for a couple who have tried everything, spent lakhs of rupees and with no result

It would be unfair to say previous doctors were not helpful they tried the best possible but somewhat maybe we failed because may be right diagnosis failed.

Once We met Dr. Mekhala and showed previous reports she was confident in the diagnosis of polymorphic behavior and new blood reports proved her right, she told us that there is no need of IVF for now, we will go ahead with IUI.

With different protocol treatments, we succeeded in achieving pregnancy in second IUI by the magical hands of Dr. Mekhala who I fondly call madam and we are in the happiest moment and expecting twins soon.

She is another name for "HOPE"

Her calm approach makes us comfortable and stress-free, once you meet her you will come back saying "nothing to worry Mekhala madam is there"

She takes detailed care of her patients along with expert scans by Radiologist Dr. Sankara Guha and support by the Icchaa team.

Every Test she does, she reads the reports in detail and will even call you at night at 11.00 pm if there is some problem and which needs to be addressed soon. once such an incident was with us during the 7th week of pregnancy there were urine ketone bodies that were detected and madam informed at the right time and the problem was addressed.

I have never seen so much passionate Doctor who is there for patients 24x7.

We met Guha sir in our 12th week and our journey started with him from there , he is truly amazing in his work the first experience with him showed us his patience and attention to detail. He tried 7 to 8 time’s in a day for my NT scan as my baby was not coming to right position and to capture the perfect image he waited so long and called me 7 times in a day really happy with his work ,and he detected early in my 15 week IUGR which helped Mekhala maam to give right medication to sustain my pregnancy. He looks into Minute details and will not ignore any small thing which really helped in our case to deliver little angel.

He takes personal care and explains the situation in layman language for us to understand better and also he gives strength and positivity to us which helps us to be strong .we really appreciate his work for his attention to detail and utmost patience friendly nature with patients
