I visited Dr. Megha Mehta when I was struggling with severe lower back and knee pain after a running injury. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t just treat the symptoms — she identified the real root cause, which was my sedentary lifestyle, and addressed it systematically.

She created a well-structured 2-week recovery and training program tailored specifically for me. It included targeted exercises, stretches, along with cupping therapy and electrotherapy sessions. Her approach was step-by-step, practical, and extremely detailed.

Dr. Megha’s attention to detail and genuine care stood out throughout the process. She closely monitored my progress and ensured I was performing everything correctly to avoid further injury. Additionally, she monitored my runs and helped create a running plan to gradually get back.

The results were excellent — not only did my pain significantly reduce, but my running pace improved, form was better than before and I was able to push my body further with much less effort compared to before the injury.

- In the final sessions, makes sure that one is able to perform the full routine with the correct form. Her focus is to get you to a point where you can independently manage

I left with a clear regimen and 3 weeks out, back pain and stiffness is down 90% and most days I don't think about my back at all. Used to fade noticeably by 3pm at the office and that is gone

I visited Dr. Megha Mehta with several internal injuries to my knee including grade 1 meniscus and strained ligaments diagnosed by an orthopaedic. My orthopaedic recommended that I follow rehab for my knee under a sports physiotherapist.

Dr. Mehta has a very professional attitude *** *** * **** ****** ********* ** ** ******* She studied my history and assessed my strength and effectively communicated the programme in layman’s terms. I have regained most of my strength. I am impressed with her professionalism and understanding of protocol (including privacy, safety and communication). My sessions were 1:1 with 30 minutes of exercise and sometimes 45 minutes if it took longer. She would communicate what she needed to assess before she began and wait until you understood. In my experience with Dr. Mehta pays a keen attention to the patient’s dignity and confidence and also assess any other concerns that are prone to affect the underlying condition such as your occupation or diet. I was also very impressed at the pace and length of each session and noticed that Dr. Mehta never lost energy even to explain each exercise and any doubts I had during my exercises and what muscles I was using or what they were for.
