She suggested a few changes to my diet (which weren't very drastic) but yet when I followed it my glucose levels came to normal range from pre diabetic range. I have started to take my health more seriously now and I have started reading papers and books regarding the root cause of our health issues, apparently out gut/digestive system is hugely responsible for our health. In fact her diet or her approach addressed the changes required for a long term healthy life rather than quick results or quick weightloss. Amazing thing is I was/still am breastfeeding. Without hampering my milk supply my glucose levels came in control with the few changes she advised. Her suggestions weren't fancy, but she focused more on small but impactful changes here and there. That means, I don't have to go out of my way to fix my cholesterol and her plan was easy for me to adopt. The doctor is very friendly listens patiently and suggests changes in diet according to your current routine and how it can be made better to achieve the goal. I consulted her for diet suggestions to manage lipid profile effectively and she has provided very good detailed plan.

Ms Vinny was extremely patient from the beginning. She listened to what I already eat, exercise and every other details with care and provided me a plan that is extremely easy to stick with. No fad diets - only simple home food. She took more than 30mins to talk to me and sent me a detailed plan according to my age, BMI and all other details.
