She suggested a few changes to my diet (which weren't very drastic) but yet when I followed it my glucose levels came to normal range from pre diabetic range. I have started to take my health more seriously now and I have started reading papers and books regarding the root cause of our health issues, apparently out gut/digestive system is hugely responsible for our health. In fact her diet or her approach addressed the changes required for a long term healthy life rather than quick results or quick weightloss. Amazing thing is I was/still am breastfeeding. Without hampering my milk supply my glucose levels came in control with the few changes she advised. The doctor is kind and approachable. She comprehended my concerns, provided valuable suggestions, and even crafted a detailed diet chart. My cholesterol level was quite high, specifically my triglycerides and LDL. Given the pandemic, I opted for a video consultation and she called me right on time. She spent enough time trying to understand my lifestyle and eating habits, and my likes and dislikes in terms of food. Based on that, she prepared a detailed food and activity plan customized for me. Her suggestions weren't fancy, but she focused more on small but impactful changes here and there. That means, I don't have to go out of my way to fix my cholesterol and her plan was easy for me to adopt. She was extremely patient and attentive through all of this, and I'm really glad I picked her. Highly recommended.
