Almost 2 months back, while going to office suddenly i got back pain, could be because of many pits and bumps on the road as well poor shock absorber in my Jupiter. somehow i managed to reach the office and pain got reduced, but while returning back again it pain started and this time it was such sever that, i can not even stand straight. i was sweating and sat on road side for half an hour.

after coming back home initially i thought it will go away in one week or two, but it was consistent and morning time it became more difficult.

Dr Nivrith is a friendly, humble and experienced physiotherapist. Listens to your problems, spends at least 30-45 mins on you. The fees is also affordable. I will definitely visit him in the future if needed.
