Riddhi is head and shoulders above the rest of psychologists I worked with. She is very professional, kind, and intelligent. She is very well read, conscientious, and assertive. She also has an excellent sense of humor in that she got all my dark cathartic humor. She is very patient. Given I am posting this anonymously, I must say that I am a scientist with rigorous training in physics and physiology. This gives me a unique perspective from both an objective standpoint and personal experience.

The field of psychology has come a long way. Yet, it is still evolving with advances in neurobiology. Riddhi is very well versed with the state of the art articles and findings. She is very cognizant of her philosophical and other implicit biases. This is very helpful for the patient.

Many counselors (at least most of them I met in India or US) are often ones with the illusion of knowledge. Riddhi is very different. I sincerely wish her the best in her career. It is a job that takes much toll on her. I loved all my discussions with her. Of course, apart from getting therapy, I could see myself clearly because of our thoughts. It's hard for me to find such people to connect in general.

If you are a high IQ patient (based on a properly administered test that is), I strongly recommend Riddhi. Thank you for all your help Riddhi.

I have been seeing Riddhi for about 3 years now and could not recommend her highly enough! Riddhi is an extremely empathetic therapist and every session that I have had with her has felt safe and filled with care. She goes to great lengths to fully know and understand her clients. I was especially moved by the trouble she took to read about some of the books and theorists that came up in my sessions with her.

Over the course of our sessions, Riddhi has not only recommended a number of books to help me better understand my experience but has also explained, at every step, why we were trying some method or why something worked the way that it did. This understanding has let me access greater levels of self-knowing, allowing me to grow into a more secure and empathetic person.
