I had a few sessions with Dr Madhiha regarding De-addiction. She has been really helpful in getting my routine a little better. She explained neurological details behind each of my actions, and that made me aware of how I should go about a healthy life.

One thing I really liked is that inspite of whatever drama I bring to her, she understands and talks through those problems, and with focused answers on what should be my next steps.
