I began my consultations with Dr. Arti Priya in May for melasma treatment at Narayana Clinic in Electronic City, with follow-ups every 2 to 3 weeks. During each consultation, she recommended various face creams and I also underwent two chemical peel sessions. Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement in my condition over the course of six months. Eventually, she suggested a laser treatment.
However, after experiencing no results for half a year, I decided to seek a second opinion from a different dermatologist. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I noticed significant improvement within just three months of treatment with the new dermatologist.
While Dr. Arti Priya may be skilled in treating other skin conditions, I cannot recommend her for hyperpigmentation or melasma treatment.
