Yesterday I had a consultation with Dr. Meghana M at Apollo Hospital, JP Nagar, yesterday. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

I felt that the consultation was rushed, and I did not feel that my concerns were listened to properly. My cholesterol level was found to be high, and I expected a more detailed explanation and guidance regarding my condition and treatment. I tried to ask one or two questions, but I felt that I was not given sufficient opportunity to discuss my concerns.

I was also not clearly informed about how and when to take the prescribed medication, particularly whether it should be taken before or after food. I believe that such instructions are important for a patient to understand their treatment properly.

Overall, I felt that the communication and approach during the consultation could have been much better. I left the consultation feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

I would appreciate it if Apollo Hospital could look into this feedback and ensure that patients are given adequate time, proper explanations, and clear medication instructions during consultations. I also request that patients be treated with the same level of attention and respect regardless of whether they are employees, corporate patients, or regular patients.

We already had a couple instances to visit her.

She's very polite, very friendly and she has a great knack of explaining things in an easily understandable way to a common man.

My mom had severe throat infections and was going to leave the country in a day with the worry if this will get aggravated once she enters the foreign land. Dr. Krishna Ramanathan thoroughly examined her and gave her the right medicines to help recover quickly.

More than the medicines and examination, she provided great reassurance to my mom that it's nothing major but a mere throat infection which helped her mentally.

She also went out of the way and suggested additional medicines incase if there's any other problems by taking the prescribed medicines since we would be out of the country.

She was spot on with the prescribed medicines and my mom's greatly recovered now.

Additionally, my brother recently also experienced throat infections and Dr. Krishna Ramanathan again suggested right medicines and he's seeing great improvements already.

I had been having itchy throat for around 2 weeks which I had mistaken for a mild cold. After waiting for 2 weeks and still having the same problem, I visited Dr Krishna who diagnosed it as allergy. She explained the issue to me very clearly and was not only friendly, *** **** **** ************* ***** *** ******** After taking the appropriate medication as suggested by her, my throat itching improved and finally the issue was cleared. I would definitely go back to her and recommend her to anyone.

Consulted her for my Son’s (5yr old)Adenoids problem… we proceeded with laser surgery to get it cleared. Pre operation and post operation seamlessly handled by her .. all questions answered, no blind spots left for us to worry …

Best of all is, she is very responsive on wats app for patient (parents) who underwent surgery… immediately response for any concern and what action to be taken by us… don’t have to rush to hospital and wait for hours for minute concerns ..

She was the First ENT we had visited in Bangalore for my wife and was so scared because of our earlier experiences in few of the Hospitals in Andhra. However, she was so polite and patient about my wife worried behaviour and made her feel comfortable.

She explained the issue very clear and suggested exact medications that would not have any effects on our pregnancy, which were confirmed by our Gynaecologist as well.

As this condition needs an operation but cannot go through currently due to the baby, she was so helpful & kind to discuss the issue with our Gynaecologist and make us understand that we can wait till the pregnancy.

In a situation, where we were panicking about the health of our baby and my wife, she made us feel that we were in safe hands with her comforting diagnosis and medications.

Dr Vivek is a very able Orthopedical doctor. My Son had fell down whilst playing football in the school. We rushed to the hospital and he handled the situation in a very calm and collected way. He took a quick X-ray of the hand and suggested a small surgery which was successful without conducting other unnecessary tests. This is a review that I am writing after 15 days of the incident and my son is doing great. While I have seen other kids with a lot of problems in their treatment, leading to less mobility, such issues are not bothering us.

I would definitely recommend anyone Dr Vivek for any kind of Orthopedic issue .
