By around 1.50 pm i rchd the hsptl n waitd till 2.15 n the frnt ofc staff told me that some meeting which was scheduled on 1.00 to 2.00 pm started lately so they can't tell when the Dr. will be back.i infmd them i can't wait for a long time as i took permission from ofc n has to be back there within the permitted time.By 2.30 pm they told me to go to the third floor.there also i infmd the lady in the reception that i hv to return ofc on time.she telephoned to somebody n by 2.35 consultation started.But someone who hasn't took appointment was sent first for consultation n when i complaint about it the reception staff in that floor told me eventhough i was given appointment on 2.00 pm which i took directly the previous day, the one who was sent to Dr reached hospital earlier than me.She also told me if i had any complaint i should tell it to the persons concerned indicating she is not supposed to hear me.As i couldn't wait for longer i returned cancelling my booking.if persons without appointment can consult Dr. while the ones with booking are waiting even after their alloted time then why such a booking option is there.

The wo rst part is when i called to the number which was displayed there as PRO's,neither responded nor called me back.Didn't expect this.Your time is our Priority, Is it so??????

I m taking advice from Mr.Yogiraj ,one of the most experienced skin specialist in India for my daughter who is 10 yrs old now from 2018.When we first arrived in this clinic with a heavy mind.My kid has a white mark in her lips corner.We are frightened because if it spread what we will do.But Sir give us right advice and medicine.He said that it will take time because she is small ,we can't give her heavy medicine.Now the treatment is continuing ,but we are satisfied because it is almost 80% ok now.For skin related treatment miracle never happens.We have to wait patiently.

In year 2016 , in sudden change in environment , from North India to south India, I suffered from huge hair loss in form of patches , disease called 'Alopecia areata' that is autoimmune disease .

I regularly followed treatment from Dr . Sunil Menon for 7-8 months . Since the hair loss was so tragic in shape of patches , I felt so depressed that time , but every time after consulting doctor , I felt hopeful , he s so positive and brings hope in you . Within 6 months , My hair came back in all patches. And after continuing treatment for another 2 months , I stopped all medicines. I was fully satisfied with treatment .

What I learnt , We have to follow the treatment consistently and patiently .

Dr.Ryan is nothing short of amazing and I cannot talk about him without elaborating in this.

I've been having a severe case of Acne ever since i was 13. I'm 24 now and barely any difference had been seen until very recently. 11 years of living with acne made me think that it's never going to go away, and will be a part of who I am. This took a turn when I met with Dr.Ryan. He has this amazing ability to make us believe in the whole process and for the right reasons. He addresses the problem head on without beating around the bush, takes the exact course of action needed to treat the cause and not the issue. Two months later, when I type this, my skin has felt the best in years, without exaggeration. And it is for this very fact that I have a sense of elation when talking about him. This has helped a great deal in getting my image issues reduced. Will always be indebted to the doctor and the kind of person he is. Would recommend him 11/10.

The Doctor was friendly and cordial. My kids liked her very well and We won’t hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family. At the very same time our experience with the front office was not good as I found they are so arrogant to those approaching them. They don’t follow any basics that to be followed by a reception. If the doctor was not good we would not have even thought of going back. The people in the front office were not at all receptive, pleasing, the tone was arrogant, casual and dejecting.

I am incredibly pleased to share my positive experience at YCDC. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Devi for her dedicated and pleasant service. I am completely satisfied with the procedures and treatment. I struggled with acne and marks for 6 years, and Dr. Devi recommended chemical peeling. After just one session, I saw fantastic results, and by the third session, my face is glowing, and the marks have become less noticable .She analyzed my acne history and gave some skin care routine also. Highly recommended!

I got an appointment by 5.50 and reached on exact time . but the appointment was canceled abrumbly by the hospital authorities saying that the doctor has to attend a social function . We teavelled more than 4 hours one way from Thiruvalla to Trivandrum with my six year daughter only to meet Dr.Yogiraj.

I stayed there till 7.15 PM with the intension to meet the doctor. But they denied the appointment . But the doctor was there till that time but I was not able to meet the doctor even though I have a confirmed appointment on 5.50 PM.

I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

It was an amazing experience for me.i really thanks to Dr yogiraj sir. Feeling more satisfaction and better for my skin . I really recommended to my friends. Doctor give such a ********* treatment for me . once again thanks to Dr yogiraj sir .thank u so much

Dr Yogiraj sir is what every wannabe doctor should aspire to be. He is a patient listener and has a pleasant demeanour, which are a real balm for the soul. Plus, his wealth of experience and diagnostic powers make him one of the best, if not the best, skin specialist in the country. Honoured & privileged to have known such a gentlemen doctor, whose warmth& courtesy is the stuff of dreams.

The way of diagnosing the issue very near to me with a pleasing face is highly appreciated always even in this pandemic era. Had experienced many times in the past as well. Much obliged and there is no word to express my gratitude. Wish HIM a long and healthy day today practice.
