The treatment and doctor was good going. But forced to say poor reception team and the management of time.As they dont know the value of time. I was forced to wait till 1pm as the appointment time given was12pm. My 3 year kid wait in somebodys home because of the reception. Really thought to leave the clinic without doing the treatment as my child is my concern than this. Very poor and poor managing

reception staffs. The management should look into this or else a plethora of complaints may end up affecting the reviews as some of the patients where yelling the same with the clinic.

I am so comfortable with the treatment I have received through Dr.Kashi Viswanath's Dental Clinic here in Sasthamangalam for the last 12 days.I have already completed multiple sittings with very specialized doctors in each area of the dental field and still a few more appointments are left, I thank all of them for their sincere and professional dedication in their field.

The doctors will explain and guide you on how to take care of your teeth daily in the future . Also, while you are in the clinical treatment, the doctors are so caring, that you don't feel any pain and are comfortable during the time general cleaning, the deep Lazor cleaning, the RCT, etc.

The above is my experience in the past as I had gone through with a few other dental clinics in TVPM and the Gulf region as well for similar treatments.

It's a pleasure visiting Dr Kashi at Aswathy Dental Clinic. The doctor ad his entire staff keep your welfare as top priority. They patiently answer all questions, are extremely soft spoken, well mannered and are genuinely caring!

Th clinic has a multitude of Buddha statuettes and I think that peace and calm definitely perculates down to the staff after patients.

My mother was suffering from missing and decayed teeth with exposed root. Dr Kashi advised to do root canal treatment of healthy teeth ,followed by ceramic crown,extraction of decayed teeth and sunflex denture.

A quote for the entire procedure was given.Today the entire procedure is completed. We are fully satisfied with the service given by the team of Kashi Aswathy clinic.

Like to highlight a few points.

1) Time slots for procedures and reminders are given in advance.

2)The clinic atmosphere- airconditioned, reception waiting area, cleanliness is very good.

3) Doctors who attended my mother, Dr.Chinchu, Dr.Sharnya are very humble, patient.They are down to earth ,listening and caring my mother. Dr.Kashi is there always for major procedures, briefing before and after sessions.

4) The procedures are done in safe, cleanly and painless way with modern equipments.

All the staff, including docotors were very friendly.

The were very good at explaining the current state of my dental health and they gave me the option to choose the treatment that suits my needs based on my current state of health .

The seniormost Dr of the practice, Dr kashi was available for advise and practical help to his junior colleagues while treating

complicated cases like in my case , where crowning treatment was offered to me from a different practice without completing root canal treatments prior to that.

The practice , I note are aware and are trying their best to cut down the waiting time of the patients as a consequence of extreme popularity and demands.

I would strongly recommend this practice for all forms of dental care including prosthetic woks.

This is the third time we are going for consultation at Kashi's dental clinic. But we are not satisfied when compared to last two visits. The below mentioned things are not my complaints, only a few concerns which I felt that I should share for their improvement.

My Father requested to put a non removable stitch after tooth extraction, but they didn't do it. Forgot or missed, no idea. But when I asked this with a junior doctor, she was also in a hurry without giving a satisfactory reply. Second thing, I asked for a simple cotton roll (which they themselves give us during the first tooth extraction), If in case we may need at home, they refused to give that.. instead they gave me a guaze and cotton which is too bulky if we keep that in my Father's mouth.. I told this several times, even then they refused to give.

We are very much satisfied with the treatment and other doctors and staff there.. especially Dr Kashi..but no idea what happened this time.

I visited this clinic for the first time and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and very professional. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and created a comfortable atmosphere. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. I really appreciate the quality of care I received and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

I have read about Dr.Kashy through google while I was in Melbourne, Australia. Never heard about the clinic before. Visited kerala for a short holiday and took the earliest appointment and went for a consultation Aswathy Dental Clinic Dr Kashy at Trivandrum.

I was highly impressed !!

Holistic environment and patient centred care approach from the whole staff & kindness reflects during the procedure. Reception staff and admin, nurses and other doctors were maintaining covid 19 protocols with appropriate aseptic techniques and followed sterile procedure. Dr. Shirin and other doctor who had treated me was in patience throughout the procedure through active listening process of my concerns. I am highly thank full to the whole team and is very happy.

Onam week, I was happy. Everyone were smiling!!

While leaving to Melbourne, I must say, I am not worried of my dental issues until my next visit in 2023.
