Doctor consulted via video call but never shared any prescription and he just closed consultation without even sharing prescription **** ************** *** ******** *******

He disconnected the call in the middle and asked me to also a very late reply.he reply shortly. I don't know whether he advises correctly or not for 2.5month baby. full money wasted.

He is not responsive and is not at all patient to hear what a person want to say. Difficult to handle.

*** ********* *** *********** ******** **** *** ********** had to visit and consult another doctor, he didn’t listen *** ******** ********* He gave medicine for fever and gas…even when I mentioned as food infection was the reason for sickness. He didn’t come to video for consulting just the Audio(he said as technical issue which I am now assuming as not the reason after waiting for 15 to 20 mins)

he make an audio call and I told the problem of my kid then he told I will do video call in some time . I was waiting for an hour but haven't received call . and he marked consultation as closed . Not a good behavior at all .

he is not listening query properly also he is disconnecting calls without listening problem. This is not proper service kindly refund my payment.

Doctor was more worried about the fact that he can do only one consultation. My kids one 2 years and the other 4 years were I'll. Empathy is lacking.

Not so responsive, takes so much time to reply. Doesn't answer all questions. has a bad experience.
