I started PT for one of the most dreaded sporting injuries i.e. Acl tear. I had some damage to my meniscus as well. Immediately after the injury I got the MRI done which indicated the finding mentioned above. I was suggested surgery the same day but after some research and consulting another doctor I decided to give PT a chance first after a months bed rest since the injury.I had lost a lot of muscle and was initially skeptical about the effectiveness of physiotherapy but the outcomes after just 8 sessions are tremendous.I could barely walk in my first session but after 8 of them now I can do weighted exercises as well as 80 squats in a day.

I think my progress from barely walking to doing weighted squats in 8 sessions is more than enough to explain the excellence of program with Vidhi Mam.

Physiotherapy is all about care. Where prescription is care, medicine is care and treatment is care and. And Dr Vidhi and her team is prefect in that.

She is a passionate human.an intelligent woman and prefect doctor.

I came here with chronic back pain and back movement almost frigid, I was also on pain killers. I was given 10 day treatment by her. With every day treatment I could see visible changes in mobility of my back.

Now after the treatment my painkillers have found their way in my kitchen dustbin. My back is much stronger. Even its state and flexibility is much better comparing when this problem didn't started. Now I could think that my chronic back ache will go forever.

Doctors are really nice. Specially i would like to thanks dr. srikant and dr. vidhi ma'am for treatment. I was suffering from to much pain due to muscle tear, after taking a 10 day treatment i was able to walk accurately and 80 percent of the pain has gone due to this treatment. Again thanks for all the staff....

Doctor Vidhi is a great listener and a patient person. I have had two sessions with her so far for my 3year old heel pain and am already feeling better. She knows her job and understands the patients issues. Great job! Will be visiting her again soon.

It's a great experience with doctor Vidhi Jain for Back Pain. She listens the problem carefully and asks relevant questions and diagnoses before coming to any conclusion. She is so polite and humble and easily recognize my problem and its cause. The best thing is she doesn't ask for money or consulting fees even every doctor do that's surprised me. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

Visited for two weeks for a pulled hamstring. If I had to sum up the experience in two words, they would be - supremely effective. And that's without mentioning the doctor's incredibly polite behavior, which was reflected in her staff as well. Would definitely recommend.

Doctor has identified my problem did the analysis and provide my best possible exercises and treatment on time which cure my pain as well as body ache.
