My experiences with the doctor is very good. My daughter is very happy with the doctor because she treat like friend . And my daughter enjoyed the session .

My mother the patient Krishna Dikshit( Age 81 yrs ) appointments were rescheduled frequently at the convenience of the audiologists. In one instance the appointment was cancelled,rescheduled thrice during the course of one day. Today i.e. 16.11.2018 her appointment was scheduled for 12 pm and then rescheduled to 11.35 am and then telephonocally rescheduled for 1pm but no sms was received. When the patient a senior citizen struggled and reached Hearing Point no audiologists from among those she was seeing I.e. Zahida and Somakshi were available.

2. My mother Krishna Dikshit lives in Lucknow. This was informed to both Somakshi and David a and we had requested that details of service centres for Starkey digital hearing aids and some hearing and speech centres with location be provided to us so that she may be able to consult regularly and get her hearing aids tuned as required. It is regrettable that in spite of giving assurances the same was not provided to my Mother. Hearing Point has acted like a shop and sold an old lady hearing aids without facitating the patient to be able to continue to tune her hearing aids and be under supervision in Lucknow. No one even extended the courtesy to talk to her. We are very unhappy with the treatment.

3. There was no continuity in the audiologists treating my Mother. Somakshi saw her once and after having fonalized the sale of the hearing aids ancelled her next appointment for 8th November after rescheduling it thrice keeping a senior waiting in a state on uncertainty.

Very sad and unhappy with this shabby treatment.
