Dr. Shraddha Chauhan is a PhD in nutrition from the University of Delhi and a gold medalist (M.Sc.) with a career history in academic and nutrition research. During her doctorate degree, she has worked extensively towards effective management of cholesterol, blood pressure and weight issues through therapeutic lifestyle changes. Her work in this regard has been recognized and awarded by the Nutrition Society of India in 2016. She provides nutrition therapy through personalized comprehensive diet plans and detailed counseling based on in-depth assessment of underlying issues. Her area of expertise is weight loss and lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, PCOS, hypothroidism etc. She is a certified diabetes educator (CDE) from Max hospital, Saket and has a certificate in Evidence based optimal Nutrition by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, USA. More recently, she has completed a training in LOW FODMAP diet for management of IBS from the Monash University, Australia. Her USP is compassionate case study of her patients, cost effective and convenient plans, and rigorous follow-ups to yield results. Words will fall short if I start writing about Dr. Shraddha.
I would always be so grateful to what she has done to me.
She just not helped me in reducing weight but in many other ways also. I am happy person who loves herself now, which I was not when I visited her in Jan’20.
I had lost all the hope when my various ways to reduce weight went in vain. But Dr. Shraddha changed it all with her expertise, advice and customised meal plans and I was able to reduce approximately 12 kgs of weight.
But our biggest achievement was when my Blood Pressure medicine stopped completely which I was taking since long time. I always had very painful menstrual cycle, that pain also vanished as my weight reduced.
Dr. Shraddha will customised meal plans as per my Likes and dislikes. Her meal plans are very practical to follow and are very affordable too. Unlike others she never put me on crash diets and fancy food items.She would also give alternatives whenever I asked for.
She believes in hard work and made me follow her plans by keeping a constant check. As per her there is no magic portion for weight loss, balanced diet and workout is the only method.
Dr. Shraddha made me realise that following a healthy regime with proper timings is utter most important. She was a great mentor to me throughout my journey of approx an year with her. She always listened to my problems and struggles and always suggested a way out.
I am quite confident that I would be able to follow a healthy and balanced lifestyle which I have learned from her.

This is the first time I took diet counselling for my specific needs, i.e., due to my high blood fat levels.
Additionally, I had the issue of plain dislike for the repeated menus and dishes we cook at home.
Instead of directly giving a diet plan, Doctor Shraddha invested considerable time and effort in first understanding my lifestyle and eating habits. This involved a few days of monitoring and taking all relevant inputs.
After gathering all the above information, she formulated weekly plans for me, while being considerate of my need to have a varied menu.
Doctor Shraddha's weekly plans were really quite extensive and varied, which helped me in increasing my palate, while making healthy eating choices.
During the entire 4 weeks plus of my association with her, she followed up on my progress on a daily basis, sometime more than once a day.
The healthy diet plans have helped me a lot and I intend to make them part of diet permanently.
In conclusion, if one is willing to follow Dr Shraddha's guidance and plans, there is no reason why the intended goals cannot be met, whatever they might me.

As a doctor myself I did a lot of research before I decided to go ahead with a consultation with Dr Shraddha and I am very glad that I did! Her initial consultation was very detailed to understand the underlying issue. I was impressed and signed up for a 4 week plan and was satisfied with the process. I learnt a lot about mindful eating and healthy living. what really impressed me was her diligent follow ups and how accommodating she was about my health issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to transform into a healthy lifestyle!
