Weight reduction was one of the most challenging task in my life. I tried several activities before like gym, swimming etc. but nothing helped me more than 3kgs and due to that I was not motivated enough to continue and again weight gain. That’s when I connected with Shikha. She has been my Mother in laws dietitian for a year and I had seen good results.

Just a bit feedback for this amazing diet, as it's very easy to follow while enjoying your Indian taste and Ghar Ka khaana. Nothing to loose except weight and the gain is your self confidence and receiving others compliments. Even I have bit ups and downs while following but still have great experience. So highly recommend Shikha. She is very knowledgeable and always available to guide. I lost around 15 kg pregnancy weight in 6 months though I haven’t followed her plan properly due to be busy with little one but still her magic worked. I highly recommend her.

For Many years I was having wight issues and wight was mostly around 95 Kg.

Worst fear was to touch 100 kgs.

Once I realized my weight is touching 100 Kgs I contacted Shikha mam and started the diet advise.

Most of the diet routines are difficult to follow but she recommended easy to follow plans which were doable and promoted healthy life style which I started following.

I set myself goal of 15kg reduction and happy to share that achieved the golas in 3 months with lot of inch loss as well (5.5 inch belly reduction).

In some desperation I browsed through Practo and its suggestion of Ms Shikha Srivastava popped up. She was conveniently close to my residence and that was my primary reason to get in touch with her.

After we met first she heard me and then, having worked out a plan, briefed me in detail. She suitably tailored the plan to accommodate my work schedule, even that of my wife, our dietary preferences, and even odd deviations. She, however, clearly told me that discipline in following her plans was necessary and demanded that. In my favour I can say that I did that to the maximum extent possible. Her constant availability through a communication media allowed instant adjustments in plans, if I encountered a problem.

Working with her was easy, time and target based. Over a three months schedule I lost 6.8 kgs, a little under my target but to my satisfaction nonetheless.
