I have been consulting Dr Shikha for over 3 months and her diet plans are very easy to follow and are very mindful of my current lifestyle. She also very regularly checks in with me and motivates me if I'm feeling demotivated during my weight loss journey. I have in total lost around 3 kgs and lost around 2 inches as well. She is very patient and also accommodates for festivities, outings etc. Most importantly, she recommends a whole some diet and not a crash diet which was very helpful. Weight reduction was one of the most challenging task in my life. I tried several activities before like gym, swimming etc. but nothing helped me more than 3kgs and due to that I was not motivated enough to continue and again weight gain. Just a bit feedback for this amazing diet, as it's very easy to follow while enjoying your Indian taste and Ghar Ka khaana. Nothing to loose except weight and the gain is your self confidence and receiving others compliments. Even I have bit ups and downs while following but still have great experience. So highly recommend Shikha. She is very knowledgeable and always available to guide. I lost around 15 kg pregnancy weight in 6 months though I haven’t followed her plan properly due to be busy with little one but still her magic worked. I highly recommend her.
