Dr. Saurabh Gupta (Physiotherapist)

Dr Saurabh is very friendly & humble person. I visited him twice for my son neck pain. He treated him with utmost care and also advice him few exercises to get ride of this pain completely. He also has a very friendly and cooperative staff.

I highly recommend him for any type of physiotherapy treatment.

I was suffering from severe sciatica and couldn’t even walk properly. My body posture was completely disturbed.

I had a pain in my right hip due to an accident in Gym while doing deadlift exercise. I tried medicines and visited orthopedic but didn't get much relief. Finally, I met Dr Saurabh at their Physio Clinik and they recommended Chiropractice. I felt so much relief after 3 session that I couldn't get in 6 months with medicines. During first session itself Dr. Saurabh managed to recognise exact location of pain and started treating it. He even thoroughly asked whole day to day schedule and suggested some lifestyle improvements such as sleeping position, mattress and pillow quality, some daily 10 mins hip stretching execrices which helped. My pain is almost gone. One important info for everybody, Chiropractice will help you up to 80%-90%. rest it depends on lifestyle improvements in which Dr. Saurabh will also help you.

I had this lower back pain issue since weeks and did an MRI and health check-up to figure out the problem. On consulting a Neurologist, he suggested to go for physiotherapy and that’s when we approached Dr. Saurabh Gupta by checking reviews and feedback on Practo. I recall visiting Dr. Saurabh Gupta clinic on 16th May with all my MRI and other reports. We explained the problem and he mentioned that it will require 10 days of physio session and would resolve the problem. I went for 3 days and on all the 3 days of the session, he used to just perform electrotherapy on my pain areas for 20-25 mins which would increase the pain. Wherever I say I have pain in those areas, he used to put electric currents and that’s it. On day 3 out of severe pain, I asked him that has he really understood the problem to which he mentioned that we will figure it out in some days.

I was shocked and surprise as I thought he understood the problem when we consulted him but then, he was still analyzing as to why this lower back pain. I could not resist the pain anymore and decided to stop taking further sessions with him. I am sharing my experience to summarize that Doctor should be very transparent and clear in communication as patient comes to him/her with a hope to recover and putting so much of hard-earned money, trusting doctor, and giving time as per his availability. ****** ****** **** * **** ** ** *** *** *********** *** *** **** **** *********

I do not recommend Dr. Saurabh Gupta based on my experience.

I had a very good experience with the doctor. They listened patiently, explained the problem clearly, and suggested the right treatment. I am satisfied with the consultation and would recommend this doctor to others.

Dr. Saurabh Gupta makes you feel comfortable so you can express your concerns. He is focused and to the point, and his explanations are clear. The clinic environment was good, and the wait time was fine. I felt the consultation was worth the fee.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Saurabh as my physiotherapist and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is truly an expert in his field, and was able to properly diagnose and treat my condition. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he also has a warm and welcoming bedside manner. He made me feel like I was being treated like family, rather than just another patient. He is loving, caring, friendly, and even funny, which made my appointments enjoyable and helped to ease any anxiety I had about my condition.

One of the things that impressed me the most about Dr. Saurabh was the time he took with me during each appointment. He never rushed through our sessions, and always made sure to answer any questions I had and explain his treatment plan to me in detail. He truly cares about his patients and wants to see them heal and recover as quickly as possible.

Thanks to Dr. Saurabh’s expert care and attention, I am happy to say that I have fully recovered from my condition. I couldn't have done it without him and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a physiotherapist. He is truly the best and I am lucky to have had him as my physiotherapist.

I had this sports induced frozen shoulder injury since last almost 3 years. Had visited 3 physios across the country and 2 orthos as well. Noticed minuscule improvement every time visited any of them.

When I visited Dr. Saurabh, it was an entirely different experience. Right from his way to examine the issue and chart out a rehab plan he had the strategy chalked out from day-1. He is not one of those guys who would put you on ICT or UV machines for 90% of your appointment duration. Rather the biggest differentiator was the “Manual Therapy” he practised for most of the time , triggering and activating the requisite muscles or ligaments as they call it. When required the machines were used. He not only worked on mobilisation but strength as well which has led to me observing significant improvement in my hands overall functionality.

His follow ups on whether I am doing my home workouts and if I felt any better or worse were quite regular as well unlike my previous experiences.

To cut it short in almost 10 sessions, I have improved almost 80% , done my first pull up in last 3 years , played a game of badminton (although didn’t exert much) and feel quite confident otherwise as well.
