I had started my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Ruchi to treat cervical spondylitis. She explained the issue and answered all my queries. After around 10 sessions, I could see tremendous improvement in my condition.The best part is she wouldn't compromise or rush into the treatment. She will take the required time to help you with the exercises and make you do them diligently. She is also super friendly so it's easy to communicate with her. All in all, I am glad I consulted Dr. Ruchi and highly recommend her.

I visited Dr. Ruchi for physiotherapy post ACL tear + Minuscus repair surgery for rehab. I am 38 years and used to play football and badminton casually. My target was to start sports again for which my surgeon and Dr Ruchi told recovery time would be between 6-9 months to start the sports while normal rehab would be done within 3 months.

I observed a fast recovery. One thing to note was, I was regular and didn't miss any session for 3 continous months. I have started jogging already and have been doing short sprints of running as well.

I don't feel any pair or anything missing in my recovery. Hoping to start football and badminton in next 3-4 months.

I can definitely recommend Dr Ruchi for anyone looking for recovery. Physio process is long and not like taking medicines and done.

I visited nitish agarwal for my dizziness issue.I was thinking this issue happening because of my ear issue but nitish sir figured out this issue due to my in correct posture and advised me for a X-ray .In x-ray we got the cervical lordosis issue as nitish sir advised.

I am glad that in first visit he diagnosed my problem.

After some medicine and physiotherapy ,my issue reduced upto 90% in a month..

I went to see her first couple of days. My pain was almost gone on the eighth day. I was completely well she save me from a very painful surgery Thank you so much. I visited Dr. Ruchi for my neck strain caused by sprinting. She explained me the reason behind the nodes created due to injury .

She started the treatment and I started feeling the progress in my neck condition after the 3rd day and lot improvement in my back and ankle after 2nd day .

Strain got much better after 6th day . she kept me on exercises for strengthening of muscles rather than keeping the patient on machines only.

She adviced the postural neck and back exercises for person who does long sitting work and precautions to take for long run.
