From Zomato Zombie to Energizer Bunny – Thanks to Dr. Reema!
Hi, my name is Gaurav, and I was a serial snacker, a professional procrastinator of portion control, and an enthusiastic patron of every food delivery app known to mankind (Zomato was practically a love language). All in the noble pursuit of “reclaiming my life,” of course.
I tried every internet-endorsed health plan – from juice cleanses to that one program where you survive on three almonds and a motivational quote. Spoiler alert: none of them worked. Eventually, I had to admit defeat and seek real help. That’s when I landed, slightly woozy and mildly bloated, at the doorstep of Dr. Reema’s clinic.
Fast forward to now: I’m 10 weeks into the program, and let me just say – I’m not just surviving; I’m thriving... possibly vibrating with energy.
I had one clear demand: “Fix my energy levels first. We’ll deal with the rest later.” Dr. Reema didn’t flinch. She calmly mapped out a path like some sort of wellness GPS. The first four days were absolute chaos – headaches, cravings, mild hallucinations of pizza, and a dramatic, toxic relationship with the Zomato app. I opened it over 100 times. Never ordered. Held strong. I should probably get a medal. Or a salad.
But then—Day Five. Energy levels? SKYROCKETED. I could’ve powered a small village. Or written a 1000-word testimonial (you’ve been warned).
Once the energy kicked in, Dr. Reema casually moved on to phase two: brain rewiring. I’m not saying she’s a wizard, but:
My portion sizes moved from gluttonous to mindful. Yes, I know what “full” feels like now.
My cravings for outside food have gone from “constant companion” to “who is she?”
I haven’t opened Zomato in over 30 days. If that’s not progress, I don’t know what is.
Tea and coffee dependency? Gone. I now run on pure vibes and quinoa.
Now, to keep it real – I haven’t followed everything Dr. Reema’s suggested (sorry, doc!). I call it a work in progress. She probably calls it “mild rebellion.” Either way, the transformation is real, and ongoing.
In conclusion: If you’re tired of fad diets, food guilt, and apps that know your cravings better than your mom does, go see Dr. Reema. She doesn’t just change your habits—she changes your whole vibe.

I have started my weight loss journey one month ago with Reema Mam.I am a 3B stage kidney patient and was stuck with overweight.I had very little options.But under her guidance I was able to loose 5 kgs weight just under one month,that's look like magical to me as it was very impossible for me to loose one kg also.Diet suggested by Reema mam was very simple and easy to maintain along with CKD.So it was easy for me to go along.She is very supportive and listens to your likes and dislikes in diet.I am very thankful to her for her guidance and support.She is very friendly as well as very concerned.Due to CKD there was not much strength left in my body .But her diet helped me to gain strength and lessened Sleep disruption as well as bloating also reduced.It's an amazing experience.

I was introduced to Dr. Reema through my daughter for nutrition and weight loss counseling. I had been trying to lose weight for quite some time but couldn’t succeed. With Reema’s program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food and most importantly learning the fact that losing weight is 70% diet and 30% physical activity. Dr. Reema did not restrict my eating habits but taught me how to introduce healthier things into my diet & also which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also introduced me to very simple exercises alongside walk so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Through Reema’s program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life.
To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight and continue to lose more. I don’t think I would’ve been able to achieve this without Dr. Reema and her program.

Reema is a nutritionist who knows the science of food and science of human body. I met her when I was at my lowest health wise and her diet which was very easy to do and thus enabled me to start sleeping better, following a disciplined life and feel so easy in my own body. As a result I lost 6 kgs without even chasing weight loss. I also was able to reverse my heightened HB1AC levels in a months time owing to these changes in my body.
She is also extremely approachable and guides you through your doubts. Please keep up the great work!

I am thankful to god that I got connected with Reema m’am who solved my digestive problems and made me feel lighter and free from bodily inflammation.
I tried various diets and food combinations myself from the internet but they were not helping me. The diet given by her was very flexible and easy to follow and she was always available for any modifications.
Within 3 weeks my body is showing various positive changes and my performance in gym and yoga asanas is improving.

Firstly she called me to reschedule the video consultation from 12:30 to 1pm which is totally okay , I understand that she might be busy though I was not told the reason for the same.
Consultation was barely for 5 to 7 minutes, I told her about my issues and she didn’t tell me why all of it is happening, most of the time she was trying to see some app and asked me to take the paid subscription if I want a planned diet plan.
She asked me to WhatsApp me my daily routine and gave a diet plan where she didn’t take anything in consideration, she didn’t even give any calorie count and when I raised this query , she didn’t reply to me and it has been 3 days now.( I can provide a screenshot for reference if required)
