Breaking of relationship create emotional turmoil in the mind. It should be treated as disease and needs a doctor.

Frustration, anger and anguish play havoc in the theatre of mind first and then in the body. Entrenched deeply in unknown layers of consciousness are memories that need to be uncovered and extinguished.

Dr. Prerna Sharma helped me step by step to unpeel the layers, confront them and fight them to come out of my depression.

She understands and tries her best. Worth visiting her and giving her a chance to help you. Therapy is subjective but everyone should get it.
