So,

I had this stiffness on the right side of the back muscle for the last 4-5 years and it happened while I pushed myself to open rusted piler which leads to this muscle pull and the result was that sometimes I used to find myself in pain and discomfort.

I went to see 2-3 doctors in the course, and they used to say it is fine, it is no big deal so let it be like this only, cause the remedy is worse than the problem, but then I decided to not let it go and started searching for a physiotherapist in the hope of finding someone who would be able to treat it, and I ended up finding Dr. Neelam Sharma and I'm glad that I did.

So I went to her clinic and shared the details about the problem and the cause, she listened patiently, and then she shared the details that what is the issue and how we can cure this. I was still not convinced and I kept asking "Are you sure, you would be able to treat it" and she kept saying "Don't worry, Sir, it is no such major thing, we can treat it easily within 10 therapy sessions. And then the session started which included ultrasonic, heating, vibration, cupping, and needling therapy.

and I'm happy to share that I've been recovering well and as it is a prolonged disease it will take some time for me to get completely recovered, but the pain has reduced immensely and I am on my path to get fully recovered.

And not just this, she was kind enough to ask me that even after the 10 sessions, if I'm in discomfort or worrying anything about the treatment, I can contact her anytime.

I visited her for treatment of my ACL injury that point of time I was in too much of pain and wasn’t able to walk properly and was not able to take load on my knee too but post one month of regular treatment at her rehabilitation clinic I was able to walk without any limp and got relief in my pain too. In another 15 days of treatment I started taking the load on my affected knee as well..

I would certainly recommend others in case they want to be treated with good Physio then they must visit to Dr. Neelam to have an expert and correct line of treatment for their injuries.

Visited for a back problem that was too severe and radiating down before treatment. I was not able to stand properly Dr. Neelam gave me some tech like chiropractor and dry needling and rest she told me some exercise at home and that was too helpful for me.
